yes/no

IRL i was very reserved, but when i did act/talk, it was exactly the same as i do online. over the past few years it has been easier and easier to act like, well, myself. not some robot person.

Mostly leaning towards no. I like to keep things civilized so I avoid starting shit with people.

I would say yes, in some ways. I find it a lot easier to start a conversation when online. The anonymity also helps me loosen up. I'm a lot more open and honest online because I don't fear being judged as much as I do in real life. Plus I have some speech issues in real life, so being online helps me to express myself in ways I would never be able to verbalize face-to-face. All and all, the Internet is a very important place to me.

I'm acting slightly different, just by using English. It's not my native speech. In terms of behaviour there's just a small gap.

Nope, pretty much act the same online and offline.

My attitude and manners aren't any different I think.
However, I act compleately different on the internet because aparently I am unable to think and speak at the same time xD
When typing a post that doesn't mather so im more active in taking part of discussions.

In RL I also joke around a lot, but online I oftenly think: "meh, too lazy to type the joke..."

A bit. I'm a lot more friendlier online, besides that I'm pretty much the same.

i don't openly go online pretending to be someone different or acting differently, but i find i'm a lot more comfortable and confident as a person online because of the lack of physical interaction, which is quite sad to say now that i'm typing it out aha.

most of my now ended relationships were people i'd met online one way or another be it a friend of a friend or someone interested in my online stuff. the fact that they've all ended gives you an idea as to how that went, oops.

I suppose like many others, I am mostly the same except online I am more likely to engage in conversation or debate, while IRL I am mostly just open to friends. I met my wife of 14 years in an online RP chat. So RP is acting different, but my real self is not different but more introverted.

In reality, I talk only a little bit and start getting drunk.

The Japanese say everyone has three faces. The first face is the one we show the world. The second is the one we show our family. The last face we never show anyone, this face is the truest reflection of oneself. In a way everyone acts different whether online or not.

I try to be as genuine online as possible. The only difference is that I open more on here than I do IRL.

Nope not at all, if someone asks me what my thoughts on something controversial, or otherwise an awkward discussion topic I am honest and my exact thoughts don't change if I'm behind a smokescreen of anonymity.

I guess I'd have to say yes.

I'm a lot more talkative, open, and honest online than I am in person. In person I tend to be more shy, quiet, and unsure of myself unless I've known you for awhile and am really comfortable around you.

Online, though, I'm more talkative, confident, honest, et cetera to everyone.

No, when I post anything online, I pretty much expect reprocussion and edit myself to the point where I just don't. It's pretty frustrating.

YES!!
online i'm pretty open and i like to talk, i easily start conversations, i like to share my thoughts with others and overall i think i'm more positive and confident. Perverted, enthusiastic and probably more my true self

IRL im a really shy, reserved, a quiet awkward girl
i dont have friends, i easily blush, i am a failure when it comes opening up to people or trusting anyone. I'm anxious all the time about nearly everything. People say i look arrogant sometimes, but honestly i'm so scared of other people that i dont even know how i survive everyday life...

I just act a bit more wild and off-the-wall online than I do offline. Not much changes.

I act more like myself on here because, to be honest, I really just wanna be friends with all of you and MAYBE give you all way too touchy-feely hugs.

I'm sorry. I have a problem.

I don't really do much interaction online, so I'm not sure if I act differently online than I do offline.

I will say that here on Fakku I have people I can talk to about hentai and such, which is something I wouldn't talk about IRL. I am much more reserved IRL when it comes to talking about anything pornographic or sexual.
