Not to be prude or offensive, even bitchy, but this does not seem to be a serious discussion to me personally, just because it appears the obvious answer is that hentai is a work of fiction, something that does not happen in real life. Personally I love love to fap to incest hentai but I would NEVER think of engaging in it with my sister. I think its because people who are into hentai are also into anime in the first place(or mostly atleast) so its easy for them to adjust and jump the line, the initial attraction is already there in a way.
