Hide or Take Pride

As you may or may not know, some people in American society look down on us hentai-goers and veiw our fetish as strange. Therefore, I ask the citizens of Fakku: do you proudly make friends with Fakku on facebook, put in your favorates, and publicly take pride in being a hentai lover.(dont hate on me for asking this, i just am curious)*Remember there is absolutly no shame in eather*

I think there was something like this somewhere here already but yeah i take pride in it but i just make sure not to show too much of it or hentai like guro or scat which i don't like anyways.

Tch! If they cant accept it. Then can go and Fuck themselves. I dont bother with them so dont bother with me.

I don't hide or take pride in who I am. I just happen to like hentai. I'm not ashamed of it or anything I just don't bring it up. And when it does come up I will talk about it whether it be anime or hentai. I don't participate in Facebook or anything. Fakku is the place I go.
I'm not one of those people who blatantly talk about anime whenever they want. These people are the obnoxious ones. How did we get these people in here? The only time I'm ashamed for liking anime is when I see those types of people. I hate them so much. It makes the entire community look bad. That's not what we are about...
No, I neither hide or take pride.
I'm thinking I went off topic.

Well my friends know I like anime and Gundam and that's pretty much it. I don't have a problem with them knowing but I wouldn't announce it to the world. If they ask me, then sure I'll answer truthfully. I mean, I got nothing to hide and we're all adults so we should take it like adults, not as annoying high schoolers or younglings.

I tend to keep such matters on a semi hidden level.
I proudly state to anyone who asks that VNs are one of the fav things i'd play during my free time but would avoid explaining what it is if they were to dig more into it.

I have absolutely no problem with anyone knowing that I like hentai. If someone asks me, then I'll tell them whatever. There's no reason to hide it, adults should be able to understand and act like adults.

I take pride in my shit. Story time... Just yesterday some guy that is my cousins chamberlain for a quincera (not sure how to spell it) was snooping on my psp because my cousin blabbered about my LEDs on the triggers etc, The guy was snooping through my pictures and had the balls to say "So you like Yaoi?".... I told him nah man that's Futa. He looked at me with a derr face, and I told him "What's better than seeing a guy do a girl, but a girl doing a girl." After that it was all awkward the rest of the day, just proves I'm Ninja.

I would feel no shame in having people know I like hentai or associate with other people who enjoy it....I would however feel shame if I used facebook and such things.

Not publicly exactly. Just about all of my friends know my addiction to hentai as well as a few of my family members, but I don't go around with an "I Love Hentai" shirt everywhere I go. Someone asks me I'll tell them I do, but I'm not going to go voluntarily telling everyone I come across. Most people aren't going to care one way or another.

Its one of those things where they find ot f the ask (which they probably wont because Im not suspected of anything tbh) and also if they figure it out.
I wear my hen-tie shirt around and if anyone can figure it out, then there, they know.
So far no one knows except for 2 friends.

I with you all the way accept that i feel a little bit ashamed about telling others that i love hentai or else they will make fun of because people in my country barely knows about hentai

I think it's a stupid idea to become friends of any site related to making knuckle children on Facebook just to prove you've got balls. This applies to every country, not just America. Social connections take precedent over pride. My friends aren't the only ones who add me on Facebook. Someone you know on Facebook could be someone related to your boss or teacher, who knows. Besides, masturbation is supposed to be done anonymously anyway.

I think it has to do with how willing people are able to explain themselves. Personally, I recognize that anyone over the age of 15 knows what sex is (from school, television, whatever) and if someone asks me what it is, I will explain it generally. I used to be so mad when people generalized anime and hentai together as the same thing but I never explained it in a positive manner. It was more of a rage-mode explanation that made me look immature. Now, I recognize it a certain way and don't rage if someone is jackassin' about and assuming that they are the same.
Although, my mom did say the same once and I told her that "anime is anime and hentai is porn". I'm not embarrassed about watching this kind of porn because, honestly, what is the difference? The paint and voice acting? Porn is porn.

I'm proud, but I don't quite shout out "I LIKE HENTAI!" everywhere I go. I wear hentai shirts all the time, and talk about it with my friends, but other than that nothing.

I feel exactly the same. I don't take any pride in hentai, nor do I take pride in liking mint ice cream. It is just a flavor I like, and hentai is another flavor I like. (Now that I made that analogy, I must go experiment until I find a hentai flavored ice cream)

I talk openly with my friends about hentai we don't judge each other because we know what we like. We also talk about great pornsites as well lol their is nothing wrong with having a sexual appetite.
I do admit I won't go out of my way to tell people about it but if someone brings it up i'll say yeah i like some not all though.
