How can a person be truly free in society?

A man's freedom ends when another man's nose begins.
Basically, you're free to swing your elbow any way you want to. BUT... you really can't go swinging it and hit your neighbor and break his nose.

Just for the sake of discussion, if I want to kill someone I think I can pursue that desire. But of course other people are also free to pursue their own desires and - kill me in return for my choice.Just the same as Im free to say humanA looks like shit, humanA is also free to talk back and say I look like a mushroom.
Society the way I see it is just like a guide for possibilities
Freedom doesnt just center on one individual
Society isn't merely a guide for possibilities. It actually hinders you from truly doing and saying whatever you want. Society gives every action a moral judgment, and imposes that judgment on you. For instance, if you say someone looks like shit repeatedly at work, that is considered harassment. If you kill someone, there is a chance you can be punished to Life in prison or execution - and it's not just facilitated by one individual. The whole society, under law, can punish you if you are caught. Wherever morality is imposed, consequences are no longer arbitrary but fixed. There is no freedom in a place that facilitates fixed consequences for your actions.

Utilitarianism in our society(America at least) is greater than egotism. As far as that stands we will never be truly free.

For one to exist in a truly free society would mean that the world
would be in total chaos, Nobody would be held accountable for there actions making modern life as we know it almost impossible.
