I'm really not sure. I think it was around the time I first started watching CCS (CardCaptor Sakura).

I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I know I've been a lolicon for awhile. I imagine it was probably just me surfing the net for hentai and seeing pictures of girls who were of "questionable" age and realizing I was just as sexually attracted (if not more) to those images than those girls who didn't look young. It wasn't until much later than I realized there was a term coined for such individuals.

I definitely grew into it. I remember years ago, my friend had shown me this doujin site[not this one], and had shown me the loli section. I remember thinking that it was fucked up and how I couldn't see how he'd like this kinda stuff. Then, years pass, and just seeing it on an occasional to daily basis, it began to grow on me. The "taboo" factor definitely had a vital role to play. Now, I can't go on living without reading or fapping to a loli doujin on, at least, a weekly basis.

While I would not necessarily consider myself a lolicon, I'll contribute to the cause.

I myself took a liking to loli over the course of several months/a few years. I saw started to see it more often, got more used to it, then started to become attracted to it. Thus, I've been collecting it ever since.

Not the most exciting of stories, but one that I'm quite happily willing to tell.
