How long would you like to live?
Would you rather live forever, live an extended life, or live the average lifespan?

Whenever questions like these are asked, I usually have the same answer:
Immortality, but only if I can choose to die at some point down the line. If no, then I'll usually go for the other option.

I wouldn't mind living forever. It would be difficult to explain my lack of aging, but that's something I think I can work out. Though, I'd like to live forever so long a the human race continued to exist. If everyone else started to die out. I'd probably go insane all by myself. Speaking of not aging, I think I'd like to look about 30 or so for eternity. Not a young whippersnapper, but not some old geezer, you know?
What about the rest of you? What age would you like to stay at?

An immortal life, as long as there are other immortal people because it would be sad to meet and lose people you become attached to. Also no aging past 20.

Pro: Not being dead.
Con: Not getting to take the risk and find out if there's an afterlife? Not that you'd really miss having one since you'd still have your rightnowlife.

I think that I would prefer to only live an extended life. Mainly its because of the fact that I think that after a while the days would drag on and life woulndt really feel like it has any meaning once it hits a certain point. Also Id prefer not to know when that Im about to die and go out in ignorant bliss.

I like that you gave the option of immortality with the side not of not being associated with vegetarian vampires that care about feelings.
I'm surprised there are so many that say they would want to live forever because in all actuality insanity seems very probable. I have thought long and hard for several years, this being one of the subjects, and believe I have prepared myself for a never-ending life; a life spent constantly fighting to reach enlightenment... then insanity :P

Pro and Con of living 100+yrs old(and aging)
Pro: You Lived Long
Con: You have problems with shitting, peeing, walking, seeing, hearing, standing, sleeping, your heart tends to fail on you, your family is drowned with debts from keeping you alive, etc etc.
I really dont want to live past 23 and i dont want to live eternally within a world of boredom.

I think I'd choose an extended life.
Immortal life sounds good, but until you realize it has its own problem. You'll live forever watching your beloved ones go before yourself one-by-one, accused for being demon/witch, social-drama, and not being able to enjoy the joy of death knowing all your shit gonna put to the end. Well at least that's what I think about.

Well, I prefer to be immortal, nearly immortal, which means you can't die from aging and sickness but you can still die if someone kill you. I choose to be immortal as long as the human race still exist although it would be sad to lose someone that you love. Also, I would prefer to be immortal not as a human but as a nearly robotics being just like Arcretians in Rising Force Online because you don't have to worry about your human body weakness anymore

Kind of Important
A ray of Tsunlight.
Well, at the current trend of scientific advancement, and improving knowlegde of the human body, the upper limit is set around 115-125 for people born after like 1990 or something like that. Assuming they live decently healthy lives. I'll have to re-find where I read that from.
Honeslty, living to be anywhere near that old isn't appealing to me. I wouldn't want to lose what physical and mental strength I have. watching my body waste away slowly. Not cool at all.

I'd prefer to be living for LONG, long time, just not being immortal.
There's only one reason: I want to try and achieve everything I want to. After I'm done with that, I'll happily die. Might take 2 centuries or three :D

I don't know, really - If December 2012 comes and goes, then hopefully ... Hell, I don't want to give a number. Bad luck.
I'll just die when my time comes.
