I Need Some Feedback on Some Things
0
Please make sure you read the entire post before posting. I want some feedback after the reader sees my views on the issues. Do take note that I'm not trying to be biased, I'm only speaking of these people as a majority. I apologize if I tend to be biased at times. Thanks.
I was originally going to create a little rant on a little relationship issue, but I decided to move it to the Serious Discussion section because I got really off-topic as I was typing.
I've heard that girls' thought processes are messed up, and that guys are always trying to act superior. I want to spread that into more detail, in hopes that someone (hopefully more than just one) can clarify a few things for me. Here I go...
Guys tend to show off their "manliness" whenever they think. They end up doing silly things because of it. This results in the man treating the woman badly. On the other hand, girls tend to do things only by how they feel it should be dealt with. This leads them into doing silly things, too. A notable example would be when a girl just can't let go of a guy that is clearly not treating her right.
Now the thing I want to know is... why are people not aware of this? If they are aware, why don't they take it into consideration? Are they too scared to admit that the other person is, in reality, in the same shoes as themselves? I've had a countless amount of people coming up to me for help on their relationships, and most of the time it's always the same old drama. The couple falls in love, the guy tries too hard to please her, the girl is too nervous to do anything, and nobody gets anywhere, if anything, it only gets worse, and nobody is in any position to change their thoughts.
This isn't just a love issue, though, because I see it happening in a lot of other cases, too. Someone doesn't see life going the way they want it to, and eventually they commit suicide, because "nobody understands how their life is like". Sure, they didn't go though the same kinds of things as the person, but that doesn't mean that they don't experience that kind of stuff in another area in life. (Popularity in friends, school, family, etc.)
There's also the issue on gay/lesbian people. They're looked down upon just because they're "different from the norm". Why can't people understand that that's the way that they feel, and they can't suddenly "start writing with their right hand because they grew up using their left hand"? What is so important about this that someone has to make laws restricting this kind of love? This goes for incest and under-aged love, too. Sure, the concept of having children is a big deal, but why does someone else have to tell you that you can't do it? If both of the lovers agree to the situation, shouldn't that be good enough? "Going all the way" has responsibilities, and of course they would already think it through before doing anything. The parents have a right in the say, because they're liable to take care of the lover, and the lover can continue asking for support. However, I fail to see why it should be a law to ban homosexual relationships, incestuous relationships, and relationships with people under the age of 18, because the people signing the law have nothing to do with the relationship, anyways.
Religion is another one of these issues. Everyone either wants to keep trying to convert people until they see eye-to-eye, or don't want to open their thoughts on the matter because they think that it will cause fighting. People don't share their thoughts because they don't want to cause any kind of commotion on anyone, and have them think differently based on their beliefs. The people that try to convert people are led on by the way they were born teaching, and that their god (or God) believes that they should do so. (Which, by the way, I would love to hear some feedback on this specifically.)
I want someone to tell me what they think on anything I just talked about, because either nobody's aware of this stuff, or I'm missing something important in this thought process. I wanted to bring light onto these things, and hopefully something can be clarified for me. Anyways, thanks in advance for the feedback.

The problem isn't whether or not they are aware, it is whether or not they truly UNDERSTAND. People know the mind sets of the opposite gender, but they don't really understand WHY those people think that way. I think it's because humans have limitations as to how much they can adapt within a given time limit. (Sorry I'm moving a bit into the science sorta but this IS the serious discussion area.)
In reference to the suicide part, I gotta tell you, you're totally wrong about that. People kill themselves because they think nobody AROUND THEM (those are key words here) have experienced the same pain as them and they feel the weight of the world on their shoulders. These people commit an invalid action for a TOTALLY VALID reason. I have more than enough experience with suicide to be able to tell you this. I never tried to kill myself personally but when I was younger I had thoughts about it. My childhood wasn't all that great I'm afraid. My mother tried to kill herself 2 or 3 times when I was between ages 8 and 15 and her mental health has never been perfect so when it comes to suiabove cide the issue isn't whether or not anyone else feels their pain, its whether or not anyone AROUND THEM feel it.
In terms of gay and lesbian marriage or love I totally agree with you and our society treats them in the wrong way but for under 18's I have some disagreement. Perhaps the legal age should be moved down to 16 but thats it at most. There are serious health risks associated with sexual activity amongst children and as far as I'm concerned young teens should be dating people their own age. A good example of the health risks associated is something I heard on the news not long ago. In Yemen females can legally marry at age, 9 I think it was? and a young girl at age 12 or so bled to death having intercourse for the first time with a man in his mid or late twenties.
On the topic of religion, as far as Im concerned its merely philosophy gone wrong. Religion is in my eyes the realization of corruption along with power and money and therefore I do not consider buddhism and certain other belief systems religions. I consider buddhism, shintoism and certain others to be above religion. They are, more peaceful, whole, intellectual and sensical. (If thats even a word, I think it is) The fact that we all believe differently is good but when everyone collectively chooses to believe a certain thing and that certain thing gets passed on from parent to child we lose our open minds and disturb the natural order of human thought. We disturb our mental balance on a mass scale causing nothing but problems and grief. With the expansion of science taking place we risk great calamity on a mass scale. I just hope we manage to inhabit another planet before corruption destroys this one. The thing is, humans dont like to question their reality. When they question what is real to them and what isn't it scares them. The possibility that the reality we think we know is but an illusion is the single thing which scares people the most and because of this we avoid the majority of questions starting with why. Why do I believe this? Why do I feel guilty about this action? Why do I assume I know these things? Men have pride, women have soft hearts. Women try to strengthen their hearts around men, (I wish I knew why) and men dont realize that pride comes before a fall.

I think Fisting would solve all these problems. Everyone can fist or be fisted, independent of sex or religion. And if someone finds himself in a spot where nobody else understands him, he/she can fist himself/herself. Gays and Lesbians would also be more easily accepted in a society where everyone fists anyone regardless of sex.
But thanks for pointing all of this out, I was totally not aware until now. I did not know that the world has so many problems in it.

I guess ill post my response as well. lets start with what struck me most. homosexual sex? fair game, i'm fully agreed in that there's nothing wrong in it and in fact is probably a good think to reduce even lightly the birth rate. What i do have an issue with though is underage and incestuous sex.
Kids there own age getting curious? That's fine. They will know there own limit. The problem crops up with the mental aspect. Kids generally don't and in fact cant understand all that's entailed with sex. Its a consent problem then and not something stupid. This is why its called statutory rape. rape is non consensual sex. You think the girl who bled out understood? I'd bet she was just doing as she was told untill the screaming pain hit. I guess i can boil it down to this. Is sex with an infant okay? NO! You would probably kill it anyway trying. So when is it okay? so the set out a few rules. A year or so to far? Maybe. but its called being on the safe side.
Incest i have fewer qualms about. it is however unnatural and produces genetic defects. thats the reason its been at least a taboo in almost every culture for as long back as man can remember. Really major issues only pop after a few generations of in breeding. i suspect this would only happen if it was passed down to the next generation. so long as it remains a taboo it will only happy every now and again but not enough to cause issues.
As for people or the sex's not understanding each other i gift to you the one and only constant in human society. "people are stupid" People are complete fucking retards. Sins the greater part of society is like this they then go and teach it to each subsequent generation. There's not much more to it. It took me a while to rewire my own brain. To change the how i think. deep down i am who i am and that wont change, ever. Whats different is the in between. What i do with all my input be it sensory based or interaction based. I guess it boils down to the fact that i now think for myself in every way. Most people try to emulate others and even if there is a good example they still get it wrong. the end result in this case is pointless. Its like copying all the answers for a test off the guy next to you. yeah you got the answers right but sinse you still don't know how to get to that answer of your own when you then are forced to apply those skills in life you will inevitably still fail.
I'm not so good at expressing my ideas but i still hope you understand what i was getting at. questions are welcome.

Well where do I begin, the manly thing, i'm bad for that however not in the way you described. See I must admit i feel extremly manly when working on wood, not a thing feels more natural to me in my hands then some rich cedar. And yes i've done some stupid shit to see who is the stronger man (took 47 darts with needles at the end into my back to prove it.) and i'm very aware of it.
Homosexuality, I believe in fair rights for all, i have no grudge with gays.
Religion, haha um well as to my strong opioin on this darker side of our cultures i'd rather not comment however just trust that i accept people for who they are not who their god is.
But thanks for pointing all of this out, I was totally not aware until now. I did not know that the world has so many problems in it.
Wtf Really?

Ok.... that a lot of thing to address, so just let me put on my Dr. Phil mustache and bald cap... XD just kidding
But in all seriousness
First, people are pattern animal. We build our life, and put it into a pattern, wake up at certain time, eat at certain time, then sleep at certain time etc. Now each person has their own pattern and they don't like to move away from it or change it. Ever try to change your habits? it take a lot of work and time right?
Now despite thinking we are above other animal, we are still animal, so a lot of our actions are build on basic instincs. Hunger, power, and sex are, in my opinion, the most common.
We get realy distress when we hungry, and we do anything to satisfied that. It is an instinc tie to our survival so it easy to understand. But human also build up to another level. Everyone get that craving for food or drink, even when you not hungry right? That is a behavior not seen in other animal. Now our hunger also tie to pleasure and power. Some people feel pleasure when they eat, I know i love a good piece of steak, and to some when they eat they are in total control, thus they are holding the power when they eat.
Now human is a pack animal, meaning we like to live in group. You like to surround yourelf with friend and family right. Anyway when you live in group it become inevitable that people will struggle to hold more power over other, don't ask me why, that desire go back so deep and primal I can't really tell why it exits in our genetic code, but anyway a few reason to gain more power are a wider range of freedom to do what you want, more chance to mate, seriously ever look at the back stage of a john mayer concert, shit load of chick lining up. One of the most basic way to demonstrate how much power you hold is physical prowness, that why so many idiot crash their bike trying to do some stupid stuns. And another is your control over other, if you can beat some physically you have power over them, there are exception to that but very few. I don't really know for sure why some woman stay with with their abusive spouse, but one theory that they afraid of rebelling againts their spouse, or it the break from a deeply held pattern of life, i had no exact reason.
sex maybe too obvious, but the gist is it feel good, and we like to have more of it. Now biology skew the view of sex for man and woman. men can go and have sex with any number of partner and can say screw it to the consequence, women don't have that luxury. But the desire for it are equally the same in both gender.
Now as I mention before everyone put their life in a pattern. Everything is fine and peaceful if there is only one person and one pattern. But there are billion or so and the big problem is people interact with each other, which mean the pattern of life intersect and they will try to change and meld together. Now people really hate changing their pattern of life, seriously going from single to married is really big so that why people put a lot of thought to it, althought celeberties seem immune to it lol, so people would do a lot to keep it from changing. In term of religion, they will try to convert other to the same believe, in term of sexual reference is similar like straight camp and other crazy so call "cure". In the extreme cases, if a person fear of changes go out of control they will eliminate what they can not change. And history show that happen more than once and in really big scale , The Crusade, WWII, WWI, Witch hunt.
I thing I kind of hit and miss with my rant here, but meh it leave room for other people to go on.
