You can't beat around the bush with an apology to an offense of this magnitude. His post is much more of an attempt to save face than truly atone, and you know it.

I would have been happy to let him be, but creating a new thread on this topic for any other reason than to say "I am sincerely sorry" was asking for someone to set him straight. You want us to let him apologize, but really, no one is stopping him. Or you for that matter, you are as deep in this shit as he is - you just had the common sense not to 'beat a dead horse' as he so amply put it.

Also, if you really gave a shit about what gamb posted maybe you could try being part of the solution. You aren't fooling anyone, you would appeal to our sense of morals and call us out as the problem when really there would be no need for hate here if you and TMS hadn't conceived your bright idea to troll someone's birthday thread in the first place.

Gambler's appeal actualy means something to decent people. To you, its just a means to an end. I may not have chosen to walk away from this thread as he would have wished, but the only person who really lost as a result of that choice was TMS himself. This thread was dead from the moment I posted until you posted just now.

If you really want to prove that you took Gamb's words to heart, don't reply to this thread again. Hopefully this will be my last post on this topic as well.

Edit to TMS: Nice to see you are starting to be mature about this. The internet can be all fun and games sometimes, but you need to know where the lines are. Even if you don't like ziggy, it would still be appropriate to apologize for ruining her birthday thread - rather than just apologizing for being a bad troll. People would have been much more accommodating for your 'apology' had it been an apology not only for fucking up, but for what you fucked up as well.
