It doesn't really improve your IQ IMO, it's probably calms you down and you probably can focus more since you are calm. Though research shows that an increase of "fapping" may damage your eye sight.

I dunno about the IQ-increase thing after masturbation, IMHO. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, maybe the scientists out there has never thought about this possibility.
But what I'm sure about is that it gives me more focus, clarity, and some energy to do something. Like 3 years ago at college, after masturbating, I instantly was able to concentrate and absorb more of what I'm studying for preliminary exams. I did pretty well at school the day after. I guess masturbating can take off some stress as well.
But if it does other good things for you as well, might as well take it as it is, whatever can float your boat is good.

That makes sense, though it would also apply to having regular sex. Basically, the more sex deprived the male gets, the less focussed he becomes since the mind drifts towards sex and so on.
