Is it ok to dislike someone because of their skin color...?

I do have the tendency to think lower about 'black people' by default, because half of the time the ones I get to meet are all around retarded with the stereotypical 'pretty dope, y'now 'm sayin'?' way of talking. It's as if they are first EXTREMELY offended by unfair rights and all, and as soon as they get the respect you don't dare to talk shit to them in any way or else you'll be having a little talk with mah homies right over 'ere! Even if you're just walking by they just have to say or do something nasty to some people. Seriously, what's the point?
Of course I'm fully aware of the fact that there are a lot of normal people who are coincidentally black. Nothing they can do about it. It's just that the antisocial ones are so active around your area during your youth.

I despise rascist people, but i also try to see the good and bad in everything IMO rascism has done a lot of good over the years but it's done more bad.

...OR their nationality or what you think it might be... That is if you think they look Spanish they're automatically from Mexico so they're Mexicans and you don't like Mexicans... Or if they're Asian you suddenly think Chinese, or Japanese and, for some reason you don't like them...And I don't mean like thinking "OMG NIGGER GONNA ROB ME" Or "Dirty Spic Takin' all our jobs" kind of thought, I mean like you might have a legitimate reason for disliking someone of a certain race...
Like say for example the "Nature Factor" most if not all encounters you've had with someone of a certain race are bad ones, or like in the case of a close friend of mine, his brother was killed by a black guy, and so now he hates all African Americans...
Then there's the "Nurture Factor" when you grew up with everyone around you acting as if a certain race is inferior for any odd reason... Of course this COULD be considered a legitimate reason for disliking someone after all they grew up with that train of thought...
But leaving all that aside do YOU think its OK to dislike everyone of a certain race when you have a legitimate reason...? And yes I know this is a very vague question...
Also I have no problems with anyone of any race, Ive been around and I know for a fact everyone of every race can be equally as asshole-ish and equally as nice...
I'm just trying to get someone else's point of view on this...

I wouldn't say it's OK to dislike people because of what color skin they were born with, even if you have some kind of trauma making it happen. It's all on you to work past that nonsense.
Don't get me wrong, I can understand why some people might acquire that kind of feeling. "Understandable" is not the same thing as "acceptable" though.
