Is it Wrong?
Is it wrong to have sex without love?

As long as both parties are aware that they are having sex for the sake of sex, I don't see any problem with having a fuck buddy. Its not like its rape or anything and prostitution is legal in many places in the world so sex without love is perfectly normal. This question goes out to all the guys out there, how many times have you seen a fine girl walking past you and you thought "I'd tap that"? Sure it would be great if everyone could find that special someone but the world is not perfect and dieing a virgin was the last thing I wanted to do. Bottom line sex with love great, sex without love better than nothing.

since the topic is about if sex is wrong without love. i am excluding Morales, consequence and other things. humans are able to put love into sex because our ability to understand emotions. if you are to bring up the animal kingdom. As for them, (such as my bunnies) are always having sex. i believe animals do not really understand the emotion love as humans do. sex is intended in nature for the purpose of reproduction not love. My opinion is that sex without love isn't wrong but, it would be more enjoyable to do it with someone you love ;D.

Consent is a must obviously. I think it is okay. In fact this sort of thing is encouraged in a lot of ways. If a guy goes and tells his friends that he just had sex with no strings high fives and beer follow. Certain times relationships are made out to be a reason for sex.

I think it's the same as asking "Is it wrong to eat food without being hungry?". IMO it's not wrong.

You'd be fine if she slept with a different guy each night?

No, been there done that. It's usually a better experience if love is involved though. But then again, I can't really help but feel some sort of affection to whoever I'm fucking, after all, they tend to be the cause of great joy.

I feel that as long as both parties consent to it there is nothing wrong with it(although i wouldn't encourage/approve of unprotected sex. In my opinion there are too many risks you take if you don't use contraception). Although i don't like it when people mislead others into thinking they want a relationship just for the purpose of having sex with them.
But if two people decided to be fuck buddies, and remember to use contraception then i don't see a problem. Really, how is that any of your business, and what gives you the right to call what they are doing "wrong"?
With all the issues in the world, i don't see why consensual safe sex between two single adults is such a big deal.

Whether or not it's wrong is subjective and depends on your values. As I see it, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Emotional attachment to the person you're fucking is a nice bonus, but not a requirement.
Pretty much my thoughts on the matter.
I myself am not really one for casual sex, I'd rather have it with someone I know and love, but I wouldn't condemn others for doing it.

It's not wrong, I'd say, but I don't think it's anywhere near as satisfying. I'd prefer it with love, for obvious reasons, but I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with pure sex for pleasure.

It's hard to decide because it depends i guess. If i'm on the same page with someone, meaning i want only sex and they know it then it's not wrong IMO but if i would like a relationship with them and they were just using me with no intention of relationship and love then i would be very hurt. That's just a risk you take i suppose. S'all i gotta say ^.^ I checked no.

I dont really see a need for there to be an emotional attachment in order to have sex, though indeed it would be nice, but thats just usually not the case, so fuck buddy is nice mostly because there really arent any strings attached or anything of the sort... It would be nicer to to do it with someone you "love" though.
I know this from experience random sex with a random girl does feel good, but having someone there with whom you've been with a long time is better, they know exactly what you like... I dont mean sex-wise, like if you like to just sit there and do nothing or just fall asleep or something else you like to do...
Anyway I think love isnt really a necessity in sex, but it makes it feel better...

well, thats my opinion...

I think it's wrong. But then again, I can't imagine myself having sex with someone I don't love. Even though I know it isn't true, I imagine it would be like fucking a corpse, and since I'm not a necrophiliac ... Additionally, I would prefer not to wind up like Makoto Ito.

As long as you haven't paid the person to have sex with you I my self don't have anything against it.

Curious and Wondering
Is it wrong to have sex without love? No. I don't have anything against it.
I mean, you can have "sex friends", who you can agree to have consensual sex without love prerequisites, basically for sexual pleasure and such. And if you're doing it with a person you truly love, I'm sure you'll feel an extra feeling of happiness deep inside you, and you'll feel more satisfied. It ends up as a case of feeling good, or feeling better during sex, and it depends on how emotionally attached you are to your sex partner.

(I am speaking of the anime, not the visual novel)
As for the discussion at hand, There is no right answer to this question, since people have different views (though on this thread, it's pretty one sided).
My personal view on the subject is that as long as nobody gets hurt as a result of the loveless sex, it's perfectly okay.
