Sexual Harrasment in japanese schools

As we all are aware that people sexual harras people all day long, but in a certain school in tokyo. ( I don't really remember what its name was but I do remember about the case. ) The school president framed a girl into doing lewd things for higher scores and to let her join the swimming club, and letting her have extra courses. He knew her family was extreme on the course of education so did he blackmail her into doing it? or was it free will from her? Later her brother found out about it and fixed it. But who's fault was that? As they did the interigated him he denied he had done anything and that the brother was accusing him of false charges, the case was put up with in a few months then later closed when an another girl stepped forward and put charges against him. That was for molesting on a school trip.

Also her scores started to drop, so he took the moment and used it for advantage.


Okay, now I want a nice discussion about this. What could be the truth? the investigation closed the case and sent him to prison for 6 years i think it was.

But with the details provided I'd say he's guilty. Due to the fact that more than one party accused him of lewd behavior there's a good chance he was guilty of it.

Well, if you didnt mention tokyo, I can closely related this thought to my country, I remember this kind of stuff happened in the local newspaper. There are tons of reports of teachers sexually harassing, not only in japan.

But if you are specifically discussing about this one case, I would agree with this man is guilty.

I personally think that he is guilty But a good percentage of rape cases may just be fake. Maybe the family wanted some attention or the girl hated the school president. This case may most likely be true though.

Family being grade freaks means... The family could have lied. Maybe they thought he was giving her daughter low grades or something. IF NOT! He be guiltin'.

Oye ves, things like this always confuse me. Since I wasn't there myself, I'm not sure who's lying.

Sexual harrassment happens all around the world, just depend on HOW it was exposed and HOW it was resolve + media attention on that case.
