Subtitles/Translations for H-Anime

So what do you intelligent people think?
Are they needed? Since you know... some people think only the thrusting/action part is worth while.
Do you want them? Do you want to understand what you're fapping to? I don't know if the same logic applies to anime, but in FAKKU, I do see people are more enthusiastic over translated doujinshi than raw ones.
If they they are released 1~2 days after the raw come out, would you prefer the subbed version than raws?

i honestly believe that when i can understand whats being said it gives some scenes context and I do enjoy it more. I'm not going into it for any plot but when i find out two people are related or it's someones teacher... it only adds to the effect.

I might be just me, but I like to know WHY they're bangin' eachother. Knowing the story behind the action lets me enjoy it more.

I like subs. Subs are good with everything if you can not understand. If its a hentai scene what little I know of japanese pretty much does the trick, even though for many others it may not.

A big driving point as to why I perfer hentai to real porn is that their plots are so much better, and the "acting" I suppose is also better, knowing what is going on is essential to me.

i think subtitles would be nice. i prefer raw sometimes since i can understand what theyre saying anyways but still, as many people above said its nice to know what happening. especially if you cant understand japanese yourself. i agree with that tho. most h-anime's have good plot and it makes it fun and more enjoyable. oh well there is people who watch them for those *action* scene's only but then again i like watching whole vid ;P most of them have good plot. comedy and other stuff too sometimes, or even get to know the reason why theyre doing this and that.

While I don't need subtitles to understand everything, there are some things I don't quite get sometimes (since my moonspeak isn't the best). Subs rule. Too bad some series take a f*****g long time to be subbed at all.

Well Subtitles are nice but it just doesn't feel right when you're watching it. You get an awkward feeling since you don't have subtitles and you usually do when you are watching anime. Sometimes the story is pretty intense and pretty deep so you might want to figure out what the plot line is about but I really doubt some of the hentai have a decent storyline nowadays.

I think what annoys me the most is the censorship that japan has, I mean I know they have "moral" issue but it just doesn't seem like it's needed, since majority of us know what penis and a vagina look like, a 5 year old kid can google it and find some pictures of it.

For me subtitles are okay. It shows the story of that H-Anime for viewers to better understand the story.
Though there are some people who just want to see those sex scenes and doesn't bother to know the story at all. Just as areyoudone have stated. "I really doubt some of the hentai have a decent storyline nowadays."

Usually when I'm watching hentai, I just don't really pay attention to the subs/storyline, and skip ahead to the parts I wanna watch.
I mean....the storyline really isn't important. What is, however, is how the girls boobs look and how much they jiggle. ^_^

I can overlook a lack of subtitles if the characters are really hot, or if I can piece together what's going on by just the animation itself. I mean if a chick is getting raped by fourteen men I don't exactly need subtext to tell me what's going on, you know? But it's a nice plus to know what each character is saying.

Knowing whats going on is always better for these things. I mean when i read stuff here on Fakku, i actually get a story and it seems like the ppl are actually interacting. When i read a non-translated doujin, it seems to feel very boring and it doesnt seem like the characters are actually interacting or doing anything.

without subtitles it can changed the tone of a lot of hentai. Hentai where a chick says something like, "I'm being raped, but it feels so good," without subtitles it would look like she is just getting brutally raped.
Or another example is the girl that looks like she is 12 but for some reason is like 100 years old or something. Some how having them state that character is in fact not 12 years old makes it a little bit not as weird when I watch it (I'd still probably watch it without subtitles though),

so......you ask about the subtitles/translation for Hentai huh of course we need the translation/subtitles for know what is those guy/girl say if we didn't know what is the mean of that we can see in subtitle/translation and we can learn with subtitle even watching hentai

For the most part, translated hentai anime that I've seen consist of the generic screams of lust uttered by the female, and the obligatory "I'm cumming!" shouted by the male before coitus. Sure, you might have a situation mentioned earlier where a girl is being raped and only through dialogue do we know she's either having enjoying it or having rough sex with someone she know, but for the most part plots in hentai anime are rather stale and repetitive. However, some good ones have been translated, such as Fakku's recent release.
I guess it's all about the plot and action that we perceive with our eyes to determine whether or not a certain hentai animation deserves to be subbed. Like if I'm watching two people have sex, and that's ALL, I'm not going to really want to know what they're saying. But, if I'm watching a girl in a chinadress titfuck someone while overtly stereotypical Chinese-ish music blares in the background, only to have her stop midway and pose as a cactus, THEN I'm going to want to know what the hell is going on.

Translations are important because people what to know what's being said along with what's going on. It would be like living your life where you couldn't understand anyone you can't just live on how people act you need to know what they are saying to integrate it's the say with translations they add to the experience.

Subtitles for H-Anime make it more interesting, i would prefer it over raws of course, it helps to know what is being said sometimes.
