I actually might take this video to heart hear. I don't play video games as much as I used to anymore [maybe once a week now] but I could do to practice parkour and workout more and practice with swords more without spending 5 hours a day online [even in the winter]. It does really make me think what I am doing with my valuable time/life. If it wasn't too dark to see outside, I'd be jumping off my house. I'll probably swing a sword for an hour starting now though. I should go to the gym again today too.

I used to be a gamer but i don't think that i have wasted my time and push the people around me away, my family, my friends &my girlfriend . It's true that emotion can run high when we are playing online games and it can affect our moods but it's not because of the games but it's more because of the community inside the game i do get angry at my girlfriend in the past if i was in the middle of the guild war and her pestering me but come on it's just 2 times a week and 2 hour per time does that count as me pushing her aside? But it depends on how serious we take the game as for me i play games for the fun of it but i do know people who take game way to seriously and i will always tell them "Dude, it's just a game why so serious?" .
