Today's education

When it came to the education I found the teachers were more dedacated to teaching if they believed in some sort of religion.

Wait What?!?! you mean Children are still getting educations?!?! lol The human race over the next couple generations is fucked... i play all kinds of games online and it astounds me, the shear stupidity of people. Allow me to start a blame list of reasons, as to what i think is wrong with todays youth

#1 Bad Parenting- examples being Parents who would rather allow their child to sit and watch tv or play video games, than supervise them..

#2 The educational system- Well lets just face facts.. most teachers are underpayed or just dont care... the requirements for what is taught are almost gone..

all and all i think the whole human race is just getting stupider(i know its not a word) i can recall my high school years where i spent most of my time sleeping though classes and could pass just about anything they could throw at me... but yet due to sleeping in class i was thrown out in my senior year? (that and i refused to do homework... because apparently 35 hours a week of my life wasnt enough)

Honestly I really hate close minded dickwad religious faggots trying to cram their opinions down my throat. I went to a charter school and well the teachers were mainly christian and they knew there were some atheists in school so they were at least nice enough to ask the student if they wouldnt mind them sharing their religious view points, heck even in college for the most part was like this, and none of us really cared. But i did have one history teacher (mind you she was white but married to a middle easterner) who kept talking about hte kuran and praising how non violent and stupid shit it was and honestly i got really annoyed of it and fukken stopped going to class cause of religious shit like that.

Me too, i personally am a practicing christian(not a fundamentalist though). And i hate people who try to force it on others. The information is out there, as long as people have equal opportunity to learn all pertinent ideas.

I am not a creationist, i merely believe that god created the universe, and everything worked itself out from there.

I hate the education system. Its not really about learning more to better yourself, its to stuff your head with somewhat useless knowledge, which may or may not help you in the long run. That's how mandatory schooling is. Now College.. is more like an expensive day care. You might not even get the classes you want. Even if you get the class you need to pass, you might not even end up doing what you want to do in life.
