What is Death?

What I think of death is nothing. Yup, nothingness. Once our biological parts fail, we are shut off from the world. We're done, we're over, we're a blank slate. You have nothing, you are nothing, the end.I agree with this. I think it's very much just like before you existed, just "not there"... I feel no fear of this in and of itself. I'm more fearful that I'll bite it before I get to see more interesting things or the world go down in flames. Hey, if the "end" is upon us, I wanna see it, dammit.
That thing I posted earlier; merely a fun link I saw. I have a morbid sense of humour.

Heh, seem's there is alway's at least one of these each time I check out the forums.
Death, in all that exists is merely the means to an end. Immortals have yet to be proven to exist so the hypothetical reaosning of immortality making any and all reasons to life pointless is a useless argument to me. Immortality, in the right hands, could become something amazing.
As for reality, the world exists in a state of equilibrium. You see it everywhere if you take the time to stop and ponder upon it. For example, take our current worldly crisis. We have the craptastic global economy, global warming, steadily worsening climate conditions ect, ect. Ever stop to imagine that all this is natures attempt to fix itself? I for one belive that the planet is a living thing, it recieves and exchanges energy within its environment and outside into the atmosphere. It strives to achieve equalibrium as she continues to be devestated by human actions, direct or indirect.

Death is the end of one's living life, where all that you once knew and loved is gone and become one with the world again. Those who believe in reincarnation or are spiritually open, death would be the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new one; afterlife or a new vessel.
