I'm not sure to call here.. but the 911 line (strangely) also works in the Philippines. So probably 911 or the big black thing usually in my mailman bag.

I'd do the first aid for myself after calling paramedics.
A note to friends: if you are gravely injuried, and is bleeding from one point on your torso in large volumes, and you feel like you're passing out, quickly grab something like a thick book or a large hard block, and put it directly below you, positioned right under your wound. It would hurt like a motherfucker, but if you pass out, your weight and the object will keep putting pressure on the wound, slowing down the bleeding, which may save your life.

Oh yeah! Why haven't I thought about that? If I'm bleeding like hell and I know that I would be dying I'll just do whatever I can to drag him/her to hell with me. Or if I can't do that I'll just leave an evidence for his/her crime.

If I were shot I'm pretty sure I would either A: panic and probably bleed to death or B: collect myself, call 911 for an ambulance, then call my girlfriend to tell her I love her and to come visit me.

This is why I sometimes I think it would be good to keep a brand (and blowtorch) on my person, so I could stop the bleeding. (Would hurt like hell, but it's faster and in that state I probably wouldn't be able to apply a compression bandage).
