Will enhanced bionics become reality?
0
Ah yes... The wonders of technology... As of the moment we are starting to develop even more to the electronic world... But in the fields of medicine and robotics many have wondered if bionic parts may be developed and be possible to help those who have suffered body losses... As of now, those who lost a part of their body are replaced with simple devices such as those who lost an arm or leg are given proshetics, but someday, they could be given a lifelike bionic leg that acts like the leg itself was a part of the patient. Or if a person loses an eye, a new eye can be placed that acts as the patient's natural eye but only enhanced.
Now i can ask:
Can bionics become reality? Im not talking sci-fi but can it be possible? An arm that is so enhanced that it moves like a human arm or an eye that can see better than the normal one? So that those who are confined to the wheelchairs because of an accident can run again or the people that are paralyzed can walk with the aid of bionics?
It may sound stupid, but i am really serious about this....

It will be, but it will be very different from those in movies and in your explainations, and to perfect it, it will take a long long time.

Definitely yes~
Infact we can hope to see good progress in this field in the next 20-30 years or so.
Bionic Eyes, of a very primitive kind, is already being used - Like this one here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-561051/Bionic-eye-implants-make-blind-pioneering-operation.html .
Only a matter of time before better versions evolve...

I once read this article saying an exoesqueleton had been invented to allow paraplegics to walk again. The suit was powered by a battery at the back, and while still clunky, it could climb stairs.
Another experiment, involving bionics, had a monkey managing a robotic arm only through his mind.
Maybe it will take 30 or more years before we start seeing prosthetics like those on the market,
but I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Dunno about the eye though. I think wearing an eye patch is more badass.

Yes and no. I do believe things like a bionic arm/legs are a possibility. They are already in development. But I really doubt that machines can replace certain organs. Livers, kidneys are way too intricate for any machine to emulate. Even though there are things like artificial lungs and kidneys, they are ridiculously bulky and unable to work at half the efficiency as a normal organ.

Yes, but it won't be like in movies that looks like real skin or slim. however it's not impossible in the future.

Curious and Wondering
Yes, it's possible sometime in the far future, given the current advancements in robotics and medical science. This decade alone had too many advancements in medical technology, we can only expect more in the next decades or so.

I wish they would hurry up so I could get a personal automatic fuck doll before I get married!
But seriously, the prototype bionics will appear in 7~15 years, but it will be perfected and used commercially around 10~20 years after the protoyype.

YEAH,IT WILL! BUT
it won't take for 10-20 years to progress the robots, medical science, advance technology, building technology ,it take 50 or 100 years to progress it, you realize the world are so slow in progress and advancing!

Probably still a long way to go.. The problem is, they don't have the technology to connect the mechanized body parts with human brain..
Plus, they didn't have the power source.. I bet you don't want a battery powered arms or legs >_>

Not batteries... But something that relies upon kinetic power that cant damage or irradiate the person.... a plasma core can be possible, but only in a limited amount.

I don't think technologies such as plasma is within reach.. The closest one for being a virtually unlimited supplies of energy is nuclear powered.. But that will surely radiates your body so badly..

mechanized prosthetics are just a few years before being perfected and sold commercially. Soft bodied mechanical fuck dolls, sadly, will be around a few decades more, but a bionic woman with ability to move like a human, act like a human, and put out like a woman will reach our expecting hands when we're already in retirement homes. I hope they are served per person in old people's homes, because I so don't want to share with Old Sammy from down the hall.

A bionic doll is virtually impossible to create... but replacement limbs such as a near-human level arm that connects to your brain....
