Achievements... what a bitch.

Yeah, I don't put much merit into achievements. They can give a game a little replayability but some are just too fucking easy while others are impossible.

There's an Avatar the Airbender game that rewards the player with a single achievement worth 1000 points 5 minutes into the game. Stupid if you ask me.

Haha, my friend literally brought his Xbox to Blockbuster, hooked it up, and asked if he could play the game fro 10 minutes, just to get the achievement, cause he didn't want to rent it.

Ahh yes that GTA4 achievemnt. though I heard you get it as well if you kill someone who has that achievement as well. I got it during my first kill in a miltyplayer game so I think it might be true

I used my Lvl 50 Lu Bu with a skill weapon with a power of 92, had flash, renbu spirit, ice elemental attacks, and mystic seal.

I died on the Yellow Turban Rebellion. 5 times.

I even used a max lvl Zhuge Liang with a weapon of the same caliber... still got owned.

You have no idea what that means unless youve played a Dynasty Warriors game yourself. The Yellow Turbans are.... a joke, to say the least.

And whats even better is that my account got stolen about a month after getting this and Microsoft didnt give it back.

As for hardest, easily the hardest one to get is in GRAW, the first one.

I cant remember the name, but you have to get #1 on the world leaderboards. Yes, you actually have to be the best in the world at this game in order to get the achievement.

I'm sure there's plenty of difficult achievements out there that I can't think of at the moment, but this one comes to mind since I happen to be playing the game right now.

Absolutely ridiculous! No way do I ever plan to get this, or even know anyone who gets it. For anyone who does get this... I don't know what to say, other than I still don't believe it until I see it and that you must be an android. I'm all for challenging achievements (more so than time consuming ones because those are just annoying), but this is borderline impossible.

Long time Dynasty Warriors fan here, and I know exactly what you're talking about. I have both the original Dynasty Warriors 6 and Empires. And yeah, Yellow Turbans are the easiest of the easiest. That level usually poses no difficultly, it's just played to see how many kills you can rack up. Put Chaos makes it hell.

I know this is one game ill never get 1000G in, weeks worth of work would have to be put into doing so.

You have 3-4 complete playtroughs easily.

1st: getting as much as you can, though without a proper guide some achievemnts are immidiatly screwed
2nd: Getting the max achievemnt (Batlle book, item book, max level,...)
3rd: low level/speed run (Complete the entire game under 15 hours + defeating certain bosses under a certain level)
4rd: Try gettin what you haven't got yet

Tales of Graces is supposed to be almost twice as long.

Too bad I don't own a Wii, otherwise I would probably add it to my collection. And if it's twice as long as Vesperia they better make it really damn interesting, because that's a lot of hours.

But it's for Wii.
The Wii doesn't even have that much capability. The game'll probably be shortened once they find out. Or they'll lower the graphics and get rid of the VA to make it fit.

ANy game that forces you to get online achievements. I don't mind the easy ones like getting 10 wins and stuff like that but I do mind whey they get fucking crazy like getting number one the total leaderboard at the end of the week. Seriously, that stuff sucks.

Don't you mean Dead or Alive xtreme 2? Beach Vollyball doesn't have any achievements as far I'm aware.

I've been playing DOAX for 25 hours and only have 2 achievements.

I'm not familiar with the RE universe but with such achievements I can only say one thing: Save, Save, Save and for god's sake SAVE! XD
