With it being released yesterday, I havn't been able to get my hands off it. Anybody Get it or love the series? Discuss.

Well I really love the first one on the GBA but I haven't really been able to get into the ones since then. I downloaded the new one for my friend a few days ago and he really likes it but I've yet to play it for myself. I definitely like the new art style and tone of DoR.

I'm getting the game as soon as Mastercard gets the fuck around to processing my bill payment I sent like two months ago after maxing the card out.
Apparently the game is retardedly difficult to find in stores because about two days before release Nintendo decided to send out a bunch of promotional material about it being released on the 23rd rather than the 21st so half the stores got confused and while some decided to sell it, a few held out and won't ship/sell till tomorrow. I'm getting it online since it would really grind my shit to go all the way to futureshop and find out they weren't selling it or didn't have it.

I should be getting it tomorrow or Friday. Advance Wars is one of my favorite handheld game series. DoR should be no exception.

Days of Ruin was by far my favorite out of the the Advance Wars series. There were some people that didnt like it though because they nerf the hell out of CO powers and gave it a mature feel instead of keeping it Cartoonish. However I dont think so I really think this last game was a step in the right direction. Like seriously if the story wasnt enough then just listen to the CO themes in this game holy crap these get me pumped up everytime well except for Isabelles one though its more like unfiting music to kill people to ^^

You got me excited for a new Advance wars when I saw this bump, I enjoyed it, but not as much as the earlier games, I got attached to the other CO's too much. They did add some good stuff with it though, like battleships being able to go under bridges and the 3D-ish graphics. The music was good too.
