Any fellow Doomers here?

Just seeing if there's anyone from the Doom community here, and if anyone wants to discuss random things about the game and if id's ever gonna get around to Doom 4.

Been waiting for Doom IV for the longest, always loved Doom since I played the Shareware version back in 96 and bought the PC and Xbox version of Doom 3. One of my favorite games at the time for me. Hopefully they keep the models from Doom 3 in Doom IV!

I played the original Doom for the first time recently, wasn't that bad.

I could never get into the recent Doom games though.

Was always more of a quake person, I do have fond memories of using the school computer lab back then to play doom dm with my buddies.

For the longest time, id Software has been one of my favourite, if not most favourite developer in gaming. Doom 1 (along with Wolfenstein 3D) was one of my first games ever, having played them... damn, probably when I was younger than 10yo.

3 was... average, I suppose. My brother played it more. I just hope 4 brings back the badassery that made the series amazing in the first place.
