It is possible that tentacles would be available through some of the custom-made mods, though personally, the genre does not really appeal to me. Come to think of it, I am not sure if any of the Illusion games contained tentacles, at least for those that I have played.
I am sure bondage and pregnant sex have been featured, with the latter category in RapePlay, with bad endings included. :D
