Lol, that one has been out since E3, check this one:
Remember to watch in HD!
This really gives a nice look into the history and how things came to be.

Excuse? Showing off graphical advancement.

Patrice Desilet is an awesome producer. My time I worked has a QA at Ubisoft Montreal for Prince of Persia: Sands of time, Patrice was a guy that liked to listen to other people idea and take risk. This is the first time he does a sequel in the series he has created, and he's taken to heart the heavy critique AC1 had.
I'm sure this will be a better, greater game.
Best of luck to Patrice Desilet, and i hope the PoP:SoT movie adaptation does you justice

It would seem that love it or hate it, almost everybody who has commented in this thread is eager to see or play AC2, so this game is really building the hype. But there is a difference between making good hype, and making a good video game.
Having played the first one, i would say that it was something to pass the time when your bored. i mostly play it now so i can just run around and throw knives at people. This sequel i hope adds more variety then spy, follow, kill, and eventually assassinate the target. And if they don't let you use the hidden blade gun mod, seen in the trailer, i will definitely be giving it back the day after i figure it out.
not using the crossbow in the first was a total cock tease.

Why thank you, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to collecting stuff so I've course I would enjoy completing the game 100%.
Anyways has anyone read the codex pages yet? Some of them act like altairs diary after AC1.

Was much, much better then the first one. I enjoyed the direction of the story, and the beauty of the game. Anxiously awaiting the third.

Kinda new with the forum, so forgive me if i offended somes dudes.
I already done pretty much all of the things the game can offer me. Finished it 7 times already, unlocked all of the trophies(what? i have a PS3.), and got a promising start at the web battles. (go to the game's website for more details.) And i can say freely that it's DEFINITELY worth the wait.
I'm really glad they made the hidden dagger (or hidden blade.) into a real weapon wherein you can use it like a sword or a dagger. And absolutely amazing counter kills and combo kills as well. And you get to use eagle vision while moving. really a plus from the standstill rule in the first game.
But i still like Altair than this new guy, Ezio, though. Without him, Ezio's pretty much pwned. Though Ezio has a more sense of style than great great(5x) grandpa Altair.

ok,so i got a little question
in the assassin's creed sieres there is no health bar but a synchronization bar right?
that means how well you're synched with Ezio/Altair and when you take damage your synchronization drops witch means that didn't happen to Ezio/Altair and that desmond made a mistake
so here's the question if ezio was always in perfect health and if you take damage you're desynched why do the Doctors Sell Medicine?

Video game logic is kind of lumped into the same boat as Anime physics. Just try to ignore it because if you really examine it you'll find more holes in it then swiss cheese.

Ah I love this game. When it first came out I had the Flu so I went the videogame store down the street and bought the Limited Edition of the game that came with the Artbook, the behind the sceens DVD, the Ezio figurine, and other stuff. It cost $100 dollars but I was sick and it was worth it.
The flu was making my muscles ache, by head ache, my nose run, I was low energy, I just felt awful. But Assassin's Creed 2 was so good I got so drawn into the game that I did not feel any of my symptoms. And I played the game all week until I was better.
A rather nice memory for me.

see it as this: Desmond and Ezio are in full health and fully synced. Ezio gets injured but Desmond controlling Ezio doesn't have a wound henceforth disturbing the Sync somewhat. Too injured to "Live" the sync breakes because Ezio dies but Desmond doesn't.
Henceforth they sell medicine to heal the wounds to have Ezio healty and match the fysical situation with Desmond.
That's what I'm thinking at least.
