needs intelligence<- -_- just so nobody misunderstands... it is necessary to type in at least two words excluding hyperlinks in order to post. if word count is <2 the system would say that you do not meet the intelligence requirement to post. i used these two words in my previous hyperlink-only posts as well... only to realise that i quoted..

what I was suggesting is Provide information as many as possible, like almost every Thread that Klown has made.

I suggest only upload games that you have "knowledge" about.

erm... what do you mean "knowledge"? so i should not upload this because... getchu does not possess info on it/vndb too/its old? i kinda uploaded this because i am currently playing and thought the storyline was kinda cool/weird/freaky ... just thinking i would post a link for those who *might* have been searching for it. i did not upload this as fap material which you need some sorta prior storyline knowledge in order to properly fap to.
this is no rpg also... so if you dont get the story, you dun get anything. thus, i feel that not providing info is a good way to filter off and prevent people from getting butthurt when they downloaded and realised that "THIS GAME FROM 1998 DO NOT HAEV NICE GRAPHICS, HOW TO FAP?"

and erogescape really does provide good info... in my humble opinion of course.

so, let me guess what are you doing here....

You're uploading a visual novel, and try not to include some general information and synopsis..so you can make people avoid getting butthurt because the graphics stinks and they don't know how to fap?

in that case you're doing much more butthurt, because you're trying to make people download a visual novel that they don't know that they're going to like.

If people downloaded this "blindly" and doesn't like them, it's obvious that you're butthurting them more.

All I asked is to provide some general info and synopsis, and provide a few pictures as samples...

so that people can know what to expect from this visual novel. It can save people some trouble and bandwidth.

oh... i never did read that. ok point taken. i 'll just post these somewhere else.

but i would like that make my point in this particular case clear. i posted the link to the official site. it contains some sort of a synopsis and a in-game pic. i felt that to be enough i only wanted this to be an additional resource on the internet where people who somehow got to know of this game can get it via ddl.

i didnt want to churn out a synopsis since this story has really little space for maneuvering. the basic premise is that there is a guy who has a rubber-fetish, he kidnapped a girl he sees everyday on the train and hides her in his basement. he makes her wear a skintight rubber suit(with the leotard cuts), rubber corset, rubber stockings and a rubber mask totally covering her face (except for her mouth). but this only makes this one seem like a porn plot. (point x)

the bulk of the content(though at times a little repetitive), is in the monologues of the guy and the girl. the guy's aim of kidnapping the girl is to make her wear rubber stuffs and just keeping her there: "Finally my dream has been fulfilled, the girl I love, wrapped in the rubber(clothes) that i love. I wouldnt give her up to anybody, nor will i let anyone touch her."
the girl... at the point where i am reading.. somehow seems to be gradually changing towards a favorable attitude about the guy. its kind of wtf and quite bothersome to explain further.

what i do mean about people getting butthurt is when they read till (point x) as a synopsis with ero pics that you would want me to post(which i somehow have to rip from the game files itself since, as you said, the familiar sources do not have samples), they download, and will notice that what they thought to be fap is but torrents of text. if i ever post ero pics and ero-ish synopsis, chances are that they will download and BUTTHURT.

i am going off tangent. i am trying to say that i am not providing information because i feel that they will not try and download without information. in order to get information, they must be able to understand the official site link and then make their decision to get it or not. this is because i firmly believe that without the skills of understanding, you would not be able to derive any enjoyment from the game, thus wasting bandwidth which i am trying to help you save.

Although Klown is in charge on the visual novels, doujin soft and eroge section, I am compelled to give my 2 cents worth of opinions on certain issues.

It is a shame to see download links being removed due to arguments between members of the Fakku community. The information provided by uploaders would enable members to better understand what a game is all about, but I also believe there are times when information is limited.

Klown has definitely set the benchmark as to how upload threads should be created, but personally, I don't think one must follow it right to the dot. In my humble opinion, creativity and originality is always welcomed on Fakku, even if it goes against the norm (but not breaking serious rules).
