I don't really care much for 3d as long as the game works on normal HDTV.

i booked the game yesterday, it looks so awesome.

I really like like that you'll be able to customize so much.

Now i just have to wait 27 days.

hmm..looks promising but this has become a bit of a fanboy series. i think ill go for medal of honor on the 15th oct. its more realistic and actually based on a squad of real soldiers in afganistan. i dunno call of duty is just a bit arcadey and the developer said that zombies are coming back in black ops.... hmmm how realistic- zombie soldiers. soon as he said that i was like ' im getting medal of honor'

If you want extreme realism look at the Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2.

At least we get zombies mode. Can't wait to pop heads with a friend.

A little offtop: medal of honor sucked(i won't post any spoilers but if you expecting some good story, you'll be disappointed)
well, i kinda expected that but still... :(
for once, it's short(even shorter that mw2 which can be finished in 5-6 hours if you really suck at FPS games)
for seconds, it's a lame copy of modern warfare(and i mean the first and it is a copy. no, really)
for thirds, it's just boring

Multiplayer sucks too. It's too small for Bad Company, and it's too slow and boring for Modern Warfare. It's obviously that they wanted to make a game with the best from those two, but they ended up with the worst.


So, about Black Ops:(for now, only about multiplayer, when im gonna get my hands on the single i'll write about it; i usually get new games 1-2 weeks before official release so it should be soon) :)
Design sucks - look at those hobos as your characters! I mean, yes maybe it's "historically accurate" but IT'S A VIDEOGAME, geez. Treyarch still stuck at making spiderman games.
Music sucks - wtf is this crappy "dum-dum-dum" beat? That remixed "Sound from StarCraft Academy" way better.
Setting... Okay, this isn't exactly bad it's just a little annoying - always "Evil Ruskies" stuff, eh...
Some of the killstreaks is totally overpowered - napalm strike for example. Just use it and you'll see what i'm talking about; they'll change it for the release build i'm sure; and the killstreak idea itself is kinda silly i hope there will be more innovations

PC VERSION SHOULD BE PRIORITIZED
Good selection of weapons - it's great! I think everybody will find their own favorite gun this time.
New game modes is interesting.
Money\Points system is a really interesting solution for exp.
And overall, MP of new COD is looking great, for now at least. :)

Or Tactical Realism mod for CoD. I like these kinds of mods for these military FPS's.
