Child of Light

I played this new rpg with a very appealing art/graphic style, the author claims that its a jrpg, i can definitely see that, but it does not look very Japanese.
It has a very fun combat system i think, but the story is sad and filled with melancholy(which can actually be kind of beautiful).
Have you played it? What do you think?

I got to play a total of 1 hour of it because of UPlay.
From the 1 hour that I played, he was unique and fun. Only complaint is that the main character is 3D, and everything else around her is 2D.
I'd suggest buying it if anyone is interested in a interesting, turn based RPG- just remember to get it on WiiU (no UPlay on that).

That's beautiful, reminds me of the first time I played Rayman for the PSX.
I'm a bit sad that my Xbox is collecting dust now, otherwise I would've tried this.

It actually uses the same engine as the new rayman games.

Well, the only Rayman I played was the very first (that was back in 1996/97), so I don't really know how the new ones work. :P

well, with the two newest ones they basically went back to the roots of rayman, going with 2d platforming and a really beautiful 2d graphical engine.

I downloaded the demo from Steam, but I am guessing I will buy it later today because I really liked the art style, the graphics and I do not know, the game just seems very interesting to play.
