Riho watches Kirari and Shouichi’s overseas performance on TV and sees that Shouichi is enjoying it more than before. She wonders if she would be able to beat Kirari. - First of all, if you don't know what to do after downloading check the FAQs and Tutorials thread. It's also very important that you change your system locale to japanese before installing the game. The FAQs and Tutorials thread also shows how to change it.
- Extract the files, mount "d2b vs DEARDROPS.ISO", install the game and play. There's no need for a crack.

Unfortunately, as far as I know for now there's no information about Mangagamer working d2b VS DEARDROPS -Cross the Future-. However, being a Overdrive product, there's a good probability of it being localized at some point so let's wait and hope for the best.
