http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_anime_based_on_video_games
It's probably missing some titles, and it obviously includes non-h-games, but it'll help you find some things.

What's the difference between this and the other D.C 1 titles?Do you know how vague this is? There's literally, like, 40+ Da Capo games in existence, half of which apply to the first Da Capo-verse. >_>
This game is simply the original, considering it's also the first to be officially translated. It has the original 7 girls: Nemu, Sakura, Kotori, Miharu, Mako, Moe, and Yoriko/Misaki.
Of the other ones I know off-hand...
Plus Communication adds more girls. There's Alice, Tamaki, and Nanako, who also show up in the anime's second season. Also, Izumiko, who also appears in the anime but has no speaking lines.
Spoiler:
The C.D.C.D. games are Christmas Days, which is a mix of Da Capo and Circus' other titles. I dunno about the first, but the second focuses on Nemu, and Koko/Nanaka in the second season.
The Da Capo IF game focuses on Kotori as the main heroine, rather than Nemu.
There's also side stories of sorts, like White Season and Summer Vacation, an "expansion" pack of sorts, called After Seasons (which expands on Cherry Blossom, Summer Vacation, Autumn Color, and White Season), and various spinoffs, like Da Capo Poker (which includes the Da Capo II girls), and A.C.D.C. Rumbling Angel (a card-game set in prehistoric times; don't ask).
Really, there's just too much to go into.

Oh okay, is this the only version that has an english patch? I was wondering if Da capo plus communication/IF and Da Capo II had an english patch or not

Plus Communication has an incomplete patch (IIRC, Alice, Tamaki, Kotori, and *spoilers* have their routes translated, with Mako supposed to be in the works), but that might have gotten scrapped.
Mangagamer pretty much announced that the next Da Capo game they would translate would be Da Capo Plus Communication or Da Capo II.

Hmm Plus Communication is literally D.C with 6 extra girls right? Cause I got a look at the C.G and there were some added CGs that's not in the game. After watching D.C.S.S I'm thinking Plus communication might be the DCSS game?

Pretty much, yeah. Plus Communication takes place in between Da Capo's first and second season.

Yeah, but IIRC, Nemu's route was the only one that didn't mention her leaving for the nursing school. I'm hoping D.C.S.S has up to the marraige endings. Well I'm gonna go slightly off topic but if you don't complete this game before watching D.C.S.S you will defintely be confused especially by Misaki since in the anime it was shown as the cat being the one falling in love with Junichi which isn't true at all.
On another note, is there a way to reply to posts without having the scroll bar on the side keep jumping up and down

The anime doesn't actually mention Nemu's leave either until she comes back in episode 6 or so of the second season. Before that, it's just implied that she's gone somewhere, and everyone else basically took care of Junichi until her return.
