So i thought i would make a thread about one of my favorite games ever. So what are your thoughts on Devil May Cry? And also vote on your favorite character.
Personally i love almost everything about it the story, the characters, the cutscenes, the fighting, the weapons.
My favorite is Dante and then Vergil as a close second.

I like Dante the most since for now I haven't played the 4th yet and I'm not gonna force myself to play the shitty half assed 2nd

Sure Dante would be a default pick for anyone but Vergil was a fuck of a lot "cooler" than Dante. No fucking around and no mercy.

I chose Dante. Due to his amount of "baddassery."
Would've chosen Nero, but I enjoyed playing as Dante more.

close with dante though because he trashtalks and doesnt seem to take things seriously (until dmc 2 that is) and dante with nevan in dmc 3 was awesome.
but vergil wins on my book because of his intimidating "don't fuck with me" facade (remember in dmc 3 when you fight him on top of the temen-ni-gru (or whatever that tower was called) after fighting cerberus, that centipede thing and agni/rudra here is a person the same size as you but the aura he gives off makes him seem more deadlier than the 4 bosses you previously fought)and his fighting style with yamato/dark slayer in dmc 3 was really cool (summon swords around you, judgement cut, teleport in front of the target, slash him a few times, launch him up, follow up with a teleport, slash him in mid air, change target and teleport to that target etc. etc.) barely had to run up to enemies because of that.
