I've played every Disgaea up til now, why would I stop now? Especially that this one looks really really great! Can't wait for to come out! Also, people, don't forget, buying Disgaea games helps Axel's family! Hopefully.

Freaking seconded. This is the best thing that has happened to me probably all year, if not at least in the past few months. Either my life really sucks, or Disgaea is just that great. I'm going with the latter.

I ordered the game for my friend, since he doesn't like buying online, and it just came in the mail today! All I can say is the special edition version is quite a large box O.O
Kinda wish I knew enough Japanese to play it myself, meh I can have fun and hold it hostage since it here at my house and not at his. mwhahaha

Figured I should bump this with NISA's latest announcement about their limited editions.
Regular Premium Edition has the usual stuff (art book, OST, Huge ass box) but also tosses in a Fuka Figurine (the girl with the prinny hat).
Super Premium Edition adds another 9 figurines.
From the looks of it, these are only available by buying them from the NISA Online store. Also preorders wont start til July. Official Release will be sometime in September.

Have to say I'm really looking forward to it. Only thing I'd like to know is if Japanese vocals will be included. I heard the english and they were pretty weak.

September is looking good for the PS3, Shadow of the colossus and Disgaea, I'm probably going to buy one just for these games

So its out, yet I still don't know whether I should get it or not... I've owned Disgaea 1 and Disgaea 3, but I'm not up for another 100 hours of post-game grinding. But then again, I might just buy it for Flonne again.
Those who already bought it, would you reccomend it to a semi-seasoned Disgaea fan? How does the story compare to other Disgaeas? Then again, why am I asking this at a hentai-based forum?

Iv brought it its excellent In my opinion, my biggest problem with other titles is the level grinding, and its still an issue but they throw enough variety in this title to make it fun, item world has been given alot of new features. the characters are very likable, and if you have played the other titles you know what to expect from the humor, if you are a fan of disgaea or Nippion Icchi titles i recomend this.

I'm a huge fan of the humor in Disgaea and that alone is probably going to be the reason why I am going to get it. I'll think about it for awhile. I'll probably just get it a week from now because I'm still practicing like crazy SF3 after it was released on PSN.

Ive been a fan since I played 2, ive bought every single one so far (cept 1 for psp) and when I was able to I got the Deluxe figure set. $121.40 of awesomeness.
