Hidden items can now be taken just by bringing the finger cursor over them (this is a big one especially for PS3 players, since the function was a tad awkward with the analog stick, as you can read in my review)
That's good to hear, I got tired of stopping and clicking L1 every time I saw something shiny.
I picked Sorceress to play first, but I didn't like her gameplay. Charging up mana constantly was her downfall. Picked up the Amazon and I liked the way she played much better. Might pick up elf next and see how she plays.
I agree about the DnD comparison too. Going through the loot.

I love the way the Elf postions herself on her mount :3
The Elf is pretty much a red mage in this game. She has a decent long-range, close-range, and magical game. But I have a question about her Elemental Lore skill. How do you determine which magic spell casts off it? Most of the time she does the whirlwind spell, which I don't like at all, personally.
What level are you guys at, and with which character?

Standing in water, cast water spell. Standing near fire, cast fire spells, ect. It's based on the environment.

My old laptop's motherboard bit the dust, so I've been playing this quite a bit. My Fighter beat Infernal Ancient Dragon today, so I just need to max his level then go on the LoC runs. My Elf has started Infernal, and my four other characters have started Hard.
Be careful of bones you pick up online. Some contain hacked equipment that could freeze your game if you obtain one through burying.

Yeah, the bones that cost 1 mil to res will do that.

I'm currently on Hard at Level 50. Is it possible to get to 99 without going to multiplayer? A lot of my PSN friends told me the easiest way is to chain run LoC with them but my internet has been awful lately. I often get disconnected at random intervals.
I'm using an Elf and she's been pretty versatile. Clonestrike and mid-air charged shots are my best friends but going solo at Hard has been pretty challenging. I'm afraid Inferno might be too much when played solo.

The problem with that is that you can't go through the whole labyrinth since each floor has a level restriction on it.
So, basically, if your friends are higher or lower than you, in levels, the game will say that you, or your friends, don't meet the level requirements for the next floor. Besides, the labyrinth is more of a find rare weapons and armor area.
I'd say just go through normal levels on infernal mode to rack up quick experience.

It's better to do chain runs of the usual dungeons at the highest difficulty possible with the highest increase score prayer rather than doing LoC. You shouldn't be having much trouble if you go solo Elf. I went solo Elf with little issue in Hard since at Lv.35+ her skills really let her power through things.

I play this game very slowly, but I'm in love with it - its a very well done game.
I'm a level 9 Amazoness, but I'm trying to quickly get sometime in with every character - The Elf is my second favorite (Amazoness being my favorite).
Best part of the game (so far): you know that dinosaur you can ride in certain levels? He is the (2nd) cutest Dinosir ever!
To those who don't have this game yet, I'd recommended you play this game Co-op (local is best).

I see thanks! I've tried out all characters; Elf and Amazon seems to be the best solo runners. I made a mistake of maxing my Deadly Boots instead of Elemental Lore that's why I've been having a hard time when mobs swarm me (especially if there are zombies, snakes, mages and those fat flying demons in the same room.
I've heard there is a respec potion. How do I get it?

I have a build on the Elf that can definitely help you with this issue if you're up for it.
Also, to get the respec/amnesia potion, you automatically get it in your inventory when you complete a floor in the Labyrinth of Chaos. It appears in your spoils/appraisal list and you have to obtain it.
So be sure to look for it before you go selling stuff so that you won't end up selling it by accident.

You get the respec potion (Amnesia Elixir) on floor 3,6,9,18 and so on in the LoC (you gotta do a continuous run past these stages to get it), so you'll have a few chances.
