Hey, I am be wrong on this, but I think theres something wrong with Parts 1 and 4 because everytime i try to download them, it says it'll take like 5 hours to download or 3 hours, parts 2,3, and 5 i was able to download them in under 5 minutes each, is there someting wrong with the download or is it just me?

I can't even get part 4 to start downloading... all the other parts work fine just part 4 says "your download is starting" and then after a minute nothing pops up and it just says try again

Seems to be a server problem, trying again later usually helps. Will upload again if the problem should persist, though.

the game works very slow in my PC and netbook, only me or everyone too??

I had that issue when the sound was set to midi audio, and not cd audio. I downloaded a torrent version of the game, since mediafire was derpy on me and wouldn't let me download it, so I don't know if it'll let you use that option, since it requires the game cd to be mounted.

ok finally got all the parts to download fine but now after I installed it, it freezes up at the main menu when I try to click anything
edit: ok finally got it to work long enough so that I could go into the options and change it so that it would use the cd for music and that seemed to stop it from freezing up on me... as much. even though it was in english was I supposed to install this in japanese unicode?
