You can get Crayl as early as chapter 2, and Crayanne as early as Chapter 6. In all honesty, I find Crayl really weak without Crayanne. He's only decent once he gets his combo ability with Crayanne.

Oh? True for crayl, and I still don't have crayanne, currently at chapter 5.
I think crayl is pretty strong if u lvl'ed him up and give him the appropriate bows corresponding with weaknesses of the monster( Figured quite late u can switch everything except clothing before your turn -_-). His double attack is quite a killer imo.

Well I'm lost now, and I couldn't find anything like this earlier in the thread while skimming. Installed and everything just fine but the game crashes everytime I try starting a new game or going into configuration and checking anything. I've got the CCCP and K-lite codec pack, and directX is up to date. Running using Applocale.

Aroduc himself said that the game must run in Japanese locale.

And try "Run as admin"

Ok I have the Fountain of Youth. How does one use that to reset character levels?

Also on the NG+ How do you fulfill the quest to get Wil to level 50 to unlock new dungeons when my Wil is already at 99?

The map will open by itself if you meet the conditions (lv ,chapter ,make the Item ,...).Just wait until the time comes.

For the Fountain of Youth ,your char must be at lv 99 ,and equip Unique Accessories (got from kill mobs in 5 EX-map lv 90 in worldmap).
It'll take a long time till you collect all of them.

I am already at level 99 when I started my NG+ then for like 4 chapters there is no such thing that would explain how I could gain access aside from the quest info. After going to chapter 5 it failed.

What's name of that map ?
