I really enjoyed Fable 2, so im definitely going to pick this up, I nearly shit my pants when I saw this in Gameinformer

Eh, it will need serious improvements for me to have interest in it. Only good thing about Fable 2 was how well the gameplay flowed. Combat was some of the best I've seen out of a WRPG, but everything else about the Fable games are just so sub-par.
Then again a lot of the blame is do to hype. Our expectations for Fable, and even Fable 2, were set ridiculously high that no game could come even close to meeting them. Instead, it made it so much easier to point all of the inconsistencies and nitpick everything about the Fable games.
They'll actually have to at least deliver on some of their hype for me to consider getting another Fable game.

In the beginning there was Fable. A brilliant game that needed a sequel, purely because people needed more. All that had to do was inject Fable with steroids up the batty. But they also cut of fables hand (Magic System).
Fable = RPG
Fable 2 = Hack 'n' Slash
If Fable 3 can match Fable, I'll be happy.

Peter Molyneux said he was disappointed in how fable 2 turned out and basically said that he want's to take the feedback he got from fable 2 and get it right this time

Oh thank god, you have no idea how pissed off me and my friend were when we couldnt even be our own hero. But ya, Peter has a sick way of hyping things why too out of preportion. Back before fable 1 released, he said that even the trees would grow individual leaves and would be affacted by long u played. I don't know how he does it but dam hes good. Even know im wondering why im so excited about being able to hold hands, but i cant wait for it

So if I get this right, the first part of the game you're giving leadership to a rebellion to overthrow a kingdom which will eventually be yours to rule in the second half?
Fuck yeah?!
Fuck yeah?!

Peter whatsit always has grand dreams about wht the game will be, and likes to blab it up. in the end though, it's usualy cut way down from that.
i never played 2. my favorite part of fable was murdering everyone in town one by one so i could buy and then rent out their houses.

I've always liked the Fable games. Mostly, for the evil shit that you can pull off in them. Like getting a store owner drunk so you can push him outside and steal all of his items just so you can sell them back to him later. And like previously mentioned, there's a certain form of satifaction that comes from starting a controlled genecide just to get an edge in on the real estate market.

New video for fable 3, enjoy!

Just some interesting quotes
"Less RPG, more action/adventure"
"As you gather followers to overthrow the king, you are going to make promises that can keep, or not"
"So you've gathered every last piece of the lady's pajamas!"

Aw man, I am a sucker for collectors sets. This plus the Fallout: New Vegas sets are going to set me back a lot. And Ill have two decks of cards that I wont use because the only times I use cards involve them getting soaked in beer and theres a snowball's chance in hell Id use those cards for that.
