Fable 3 or Not

I was let down by part 1&2 not that they are not good games but for what they are as RPG they fail only take up to 10-15 hours tops to finish small world very liner overall

I don't have much hope for the 3rd sense the 2nd installment was supposed to address the faults of part 1 but it did not

Does not help that Fable games have no replay value

HERESEY!!! I personally hated 2...the first was alright but number 3 looks fantastic

I woulda picked it up.. but Force Unleashed 2 comes out the same day, and I had to go with that. But I loved Fable 2, so I'm gonna get Fable 3 eventually for sure.

Never tried Fable before, but always thought it looked like a good game. Since I just a 360, I was thinking of picking up Fable 3, but is it connected to Fable 1/2, or a whole new game?

All are connected in a way, the Hero in 1 is the ancestor to the Hero in 2 and the Hero of 2 is the parent of the Hero in 3

Fable 2 takes place 500 years or so after Fable 1 and Fable 3 takes place about 50 years after Fable 2.

I recommend that you play Fable 1 and skip Fable 2.

Personally, I loved playing both 1&2, good story for the both of them, but 2's combat system was a problem for me.

Definitely getting fable 3 i loved the first, and second. Except maybe for the fact that you get cheated out of a final boss fight in fable 2, and the enemies are way too easy. All they have to do is make the enemies more challenging and i would be completely satisfied with fable 3 because everything else looks amazing!

I never played 1, but I enjoyed 2 a lot, tho it had no replay value

I would give it a shot in time it (Fable 3) has been released though.

Same here. I would have played #1 also but my XBOX craped out on me. I dont have live for the 360 so I can't update it to play the game *SOB* I'm looking forward to this game though. Should be good and looks great. I want those evil wings badly!!!

I'm not interested either. Fable and Fable 2 are just so average that they don't even deserve to exist. Not so horrible that they deserve to exist in the annuls of history, hated and mocked for all time; and certainly not a good series by any stretch of the word.

Molyneux just needs to understand that he's not cool. He thinks everything he creates is gold, but it just simply isn't.

Loved 1 and lost chapters and 2, replayed them like 3 times, fable 3 i'm getting fo sho

I will get Fable 3 if some of the problems from 2 get fixed, like, it was to easy to get money, the combat seemed off, it was to linear, and i just didn't get the sense of enjoyment i got from the first game.

Even though i was thoroughly disappointing with 2, the updates they claim to be making in 3 have me hard as can be.

Like many of the others who commented this vid on youtube, I felt sorry for that lone, brave chicken.

I've found that the fable series is best enjoyed without getting your hopes up or listening to the hype. That said, I'll be getting it day one but for 20 bucks off thanks to the amazon pre-order bonus from Lords of Shadow so I don't even have to feel guilty about it if it ends up being a solid 7/10 like every other fable game.
