Well, Fire Emblem 6 was a pretty difficulty game. IIRC, the tutorial in FE7 (Lyn's mode) was added to help all the new players into the game. I guess difficulty was the reason why they didn't tried to localize 6.
As for Mother 3, it's a pretty well known fact that Nintendo hates Mother fans for some reason.

I'm a fan of the series, though the random nature can be infuriating at times.
I'll never understand all the hate 9 and 10 get. They're my favorite ones. And 8 had it's share of problems, but at least it had a better story than 7. No one agrees with me on that, but I thought 7's story was amazingly dull.

6 and 7 will always be my favs. 8 was just . . . nah there seemed nothing really interesting about the story. People don't like 9 and 10 usually because it transitions out of the whole sprites era and into 3D cheap effects that don't look good.

The sad thing is that game play wise all of those games are the same. Personally, I love 9 and consider that one the best FE game (out of all the ones I've played of course). 10 is good but hard as hell. You really need to invest some time into that one to appreciate it.
8 just blows. The map system completely destroyed the game for me.

FE 8 being the 3rd for GBA? It was to easy to get ever thing in that one...but the one called Fuiann no tsurugi or some thing is so bad ass and hard you have a normal sized team...and fight like 40 guys on a map...and the maps are huge... im only on the second stage...

You need a GBA emulator or a flash card if you want to play it on your actual system.
Just Google the information. I'm sure there's plenty of helpful links out there.

there is a place I go to get all my emulators and such its called pspiso.com all u have to do is login find emulators and roms look for someone form(there are a bunch) download emulator that fits compuer format then find rom on another form...thats how i got it

Yes! I was hoping there would be a fire emblem thread here. :D so I'm not entirely sure if anyone else here knows, but they hav confirmed that they are remaking FE3 for the DS I saw the page for it an by the looks of things, there gonna change somethings up a bit with the role of marth I think.
I've played and beaten 7,8,9,10,11 I've gotten about halfway through 6 and started 3 but then my computer got all eff'd up and I ended up getting a new computer. My old one was so bad I didn't even bother trying to recover it. I managed to get the FE6 ROM and translation from an SD card that I had it one when I hacked my wii, so if I can being my lazy self to do it, I'll playthrough it.

7: Beat it. My favorite one.
8: Beat it.Great game.
9: Beat it.
10: Never finished; close to the end.
11: Never finished, doubt I will. It didn't hook me enough (as expected, from the first FE's story and characters).
I am sort of looking forward to 12, but I am very disappointed to see that it is a remake of a remake. It just seems like a waste of time to me, but, eh; Fire Emblem's a Fire Emblem, so I am going to get it, since I am a huge fan of the series. =D

Stop caring about FE after they stopped doing the sprites. Loved 6-8 but lost interest when there were no more sprites.

While it did have FE1 in there minus a few unnecessary chapters (known as book 1) there was a sequel to the events of FE1 (book 2) I won't spoil anything, but I could link you to a website called serenesforest.net and you can look up almost anything that has to do with any FE game.
