A game I've dying to play is.
428: In a Blockaded Shibuya.
This game got very good reviews and has a special scenario written by Kinoko Nasu (Tsukihime, Fate Stay Night, etc.) but the game is heavily story based and my kanji is very limited. So far there will has not be an english release announced and probably never will.

It's kinda like a game, but at the same time, you collect these figures.

Most of the Super Robot Wars games. At least, those that came out on the Playstation and after. I can't read Japanese, and I don't know if I'll ever get around to messing with a PS emulator to play the one SRW game on the PS that's been fan-translated.
Also, I have a feeling I'll never play any game on the PS3. Not because I don't want to, but just because I'm cheap and poor and the PS3 is very expensive. If the time ever comes when I'll have enough disposable income to buy a PS3 (which is very low on my list of "things I want"), either the PS4 will be coming out soon or I'll be married with kids and won't have enough time to play video games (unless I completely give up anime and manga, which I never will).

I will likely never get to play final fantasy 14 as they are going online again, and they don't sell the prepaid time cards as commonly in Canada.

A PS3 price drop is coming soon so you might be able to play the Metal Gear Solid series.
Easily one of my favorites if not the favorite VG series.

If I may ask, why can't you ever get a PS2? They're still available, and the price has been dropped repeatedly throughout the years.
More games I'll probably never play: Pretty much any game with good graphics for the computer and no console. Because I can deal with a shitty computer just fine, so if/when my current piece of shit dies, I won't shell out a lot of cash for an awesome system. I'll scrape by with the bare minimum, meaning that I'll never play anything that requires a ton of hardware and RAM. Which I really don't mind. I'm not big into first-person shooters, real-time strategies, or MMORPGs (which make up the bulk of computer games).
