I know that I mean i'd prefer it with the sex scenes though. LolLooking at the link Kaimax provided, the list is filtered for two tags - "Otome Game" and "Sexual Content". You should be fine. ;)

Not enough of them are translated though. :/ All the ones made in English have horrible artwork, and all the ones with the sex scenes aren't translated.
I'm not good enough at Japanese to play/read them and kanji is hard. :(

Well, there's ATLAS and AGTH, but I heard that botches up the translation so bad, you could learn Japanese and finish the VN faster than making sense through them.

Yeah, reading atlus machine translation works for some but I wouldnt recomend it. Too much is lost or misinterpreted in machine translations. And if the characters use lots of slang pronounciations even more so.
With a bit of japanese practice though you could try assisted reading with jparser. It is basically reading it untranslated just with a handy dictionary for each word/praise should you need it (includes cultural sayings etc). Makes for a good read and study session if you take the inititive and try to memorize new words & kanji writing as you encounter them. Ive taken 4 university lower division jp courses, so 2 years of classes, and then I started reading eroge using this method just this summer. I go through the stories pretty much at the same pace as I read in english aside from when Im writing out new words of course >> and it is really helping my japanese vocabulary in general.
Also I find the ero scenes are somehow more interesting in their original japanese..
