Good Old Games is going to re-release Guilty Gear X2 #Reload for the PC, pretty nice news really. They still haven't given the release date for it but I guess it will be soon enough.

I guess thats ok... Slash and AC are still way better though.

Well for $5,99 it's a decent choice. I already own AC+ for PS2 so I really don't have to buy it though.

Have been playing since #reload on pc sadly, the arcade scene in my area is dead for the most part save for Arcade UFO in austin [or was it houston?] Its a bit far from where I am though. Got turned to GG one night during one of my danmaku/bullet hell binges a few years back[I just love the flow of bullet hell, its the only type of game I am confident to play professionally with if the opportunity arises]. Got hooked since that night lol.

I have AC+ for the ps2 but I haven't played in a while so I might need to change that, though I'm the only person I know that actually plays it where I am at now. :(

I can't believe nobody's mentioned GGXXAC+R yet...it's in the 2nd Loketest now!

Played GGAC+ on PSP but never took the time to learn the mechanics, Ky's going to be my main, Dizzy and Jam for my subs.

Lol, I was waiting something along the lines of "it's BlazBlue's technical daddy" xP
BlazBlue is awesome too, not to the same level as Guilty Gear, but still (although that's subjective, as both franchises go with a post-apocalyptic scenario, just developed in different ways)
Although here in Mexico is ridiculously difficult to actually get a Guilty Gear game (it's easier to get a BlazBlue game, and that is still hard as hell) unfortunately because of more well known mainstream games taking over shelves of videogame stores.

And well, if I remember correctly, I thought Accent Core Plus was going to have a re-release on 360 and PS3 and also that a sequel was on the works after a long (really long xP) hiatus.

Supposedly the development of the sequel started after releasing BB: CS Extend xP

A Blaz Blue vs Guilty Gear game would be dope as fuck.

So hype for this re-release + online. Can't wait to play Johnny again. Bottom tiers, for the win.

Even though Arc System Works now owns both franchises, something like that doesn't seem like it's going to happen soon xP
Plus, they have a lot of ongoing work in their hands, as it follows:
BlazBlue sequel due to release in 2013 (yup, sequel, not another update xP)
Guilty Gear sequel, not many details revealed, just that they started to work on it after the release of BB: CS Extend.
A new (and totally obscure for now) game called XBlaze, not even the genre of the game has been revealed, but it's theorized by many that it's the action game Arc Sys have been wanting to do for a while. As far as I know, some details will be revealed about this one on winter 2012.

Yeah, that's a lot of work xP

Now the question of the day is:

WILL ARC CONTINUE THE STORY?

OR WILL MORE BULLSHIT CONTINUE?

They haven't revealed anything about the supposed Guilty Gear sequel yet. Only time will tell.
At least we'll have the re-release of Accent Core Plus for 360 and PS3 while we wait (complete with online mode as far as I know), but still there's a lot about the sequel in shadows.

Good news, after a few days of worrying, the game is coming to PSN.

The bad news? It's not coming to PSN until November 1st, whereas the 360 is getting it next week.

Nah, actually I can wait. I plan on getting ZoE HD that weekend too so it's no big deal. Besides I just bought KoF13 so that'll tide me over until then.
