Halo 3

My hype for this game has been rekindled lately with the Forge Editor, 4 player online co-op, the replay features, and that multiplayer match from PAX.

i cant wait. i am going to buy the special edition halo 3 xbox 360:>. let the pawning start!

Bubble shield is pro. Warthog coming at yea? NO PROBLEM! Tank shooting at yea? NO PROBLEM...for a while... Sniper shooting at yea? ....BOOM! HEAD SHOT!

I played the beta I think it was fun, and the online co-op like GoW should be fun lets hope its 4 player

goddamn I'm a halo freak :P

Sat at home, in the same chair, for somethin like 6-8hrs until me and a mate finished it! Good times :D. If i move outside my fanboyish nature of halo, i'd say prolly ain't anythin ground breaking, but the story is a lot better than halo2, and the fights are freakin EPIC! WOOO!

once i push my work/assignments outta the way i'll be back to finish it on legendary 8)

Just got it today.
It actually comes out at midnight tonight, but game shipped it to me today (Nice suprise when I got home :D)

Got to about the 3rd chapter on story, then went straight online.
I really like the appearence setting where you can change what types of armour your Character wears, such as different helmets, armours, arm plates, etc. You can unlock more by doing certain things (Forgot them all) But one helmet, has fire coming out the back of it :shock:.
There are tonnes of new vehicles, one of my favs being the elephant. It's basically a giant, mobile fortress that moves ultra slow, but has guns attatched to it and can store vehicles.
Can't wait for the weekend.

so i got the game on launch and have not stopped played ranked lone wolf..well now im a level 32 already:> i got skillz.

Graphics do not really look that much better than Halo 2. It should be a Halo 2 expansion pack. I expected halo 3 to be different like half-life and half-life 2. They are charging $60 for the game they should change it up a little more at least...

Where do yall live? I'd like to play yall on Xbox live... but lvl 50? That's nuts. I haven't seen a person past lvl 46.

You know why Halo 3 kicks ass so much?
1. The gameplay is great. 3 golden things in Halo, and that is weapons, grenades (plus special equipment), and melee.
2. The storyline and plot are great.
3. The graphics and animation are greatest in all the Halo reincarnations.
4. Master chief is the baddest guy around, and the supporting characters are well developed.
5. The weapons and equipment featured are great.
6. Multiplayer: out of all the Halo reincarnations, it is the best, featuring the forge and theater.
7. It's Halo - it always kicks ass.

Mythic maps are out. I must say, Sandbox is fucking fun in Forge/Custom Games, but not so much in Matchmaking. And, doing the logical thing, I turned the underground part of Sandbox into a sweet night club. I like to call it the Pharoah's Tomb night club.

Lol, seen sandbox from RvB movies and i gotta say it owns ass!!!! but the sad thing is that im not gettin mythic map pack until Halo 3:ODST comes out and i get all the new maps in one go.
