If they remake it the game will be epic. Its square they're not going to fuck up a remake for one of there greatest games ever. I saw hurray at a remake and boo at the people who don't want it. If a remake will make tons and tons of money (Which it would) then square won't hesitate making it.

I went to do some research about that game and I found out GameFAQs has a board for a tech demo.

WTF?

Now the question is 1: Why the hell does 1up have a page for a game that doesn't exist? and 2: How the hell did elfen lied get fooled into thinking that it was a remake?

Because 99% of the FF7 Fags got fooled by it, thinking there was going to be a remake, and even 3 years after, still thinking there's going to be a remake.

I know people who, to this very day, still insist that FFVII is going to be remade, citing the tech demo as proof, saying that they wouldn't have used FFVII for the demo if they didn't plan on remaking it.

I hope to God the game never gets remade. More than enough money has been pulled from the hands of people from that one game alone, let alone the entire Final Fantasy series. FFVII produced one full-length movie, one OVA, and, I think, three other games? And FFVII came out how many years ago?

Square-Enix or whoever needs to give it a fucking break already.

If we go by that logic then FFVII would've been released on the N64 instead of PS since square did a tech-demo for FF on it.

Hey, people love The Legend of Zelda, but Nintendo doesn't churn out shit games and movies just to make money off of their fans. Square-Enix, on the other hand, does, and I think they deserve a bit of shit-talking.
