Infamous (Both the demo and game are out) GO PLAY NOA!

I played the ps3 demo today. I loved the powers but the object popping into existence just fucks with me.( I'm perceptive so I can't really ignore it )
Gamespot review was pretty fair.

I got the game, and I've enjoyed it so far, but I'm worried that it suffers from some of the same problems that plagued Assassin's Creed. Namely, so far, the missions, and by extension the gameplay, haven't been all that varied. It's been fun, but I'm hoping to have some tense missions and encounter some crazy bosses that put up more of a fight than just spraying you with machine gun bullets, a la MGS4 or Metroid Prime. Definitely a good game regardless, but for me, the jury is still out on whether it will be a great game I could wholely recommend.

I just finished it on Hard and it took about 25 hours? It was waaaay better than the demo made it out to be, it was a toss up between this game and prototype. I might get Prototype now though.

played prototype, and i gotta say, i enjoyed infamous a lot more. prototype is alright, but it got really boring, and whenever i played it i just wanted to go back to infamous.

I knew Infamous was going to be better then Prototype a few weeks before Infamous was released. I was kind of lost as to which to choose, but the more I heard about Prototype the more I started to lose interest. The main character is too powerful from the start, I call it the “Superman Complex” , he’s too strong no one can really beat him therefore no real challenge. He can get hit by a military missile and just walk it off. It was the opposite about Infamous, the more I learned the more I wanted to come out sooner. Cole gradually gets stronger and even near the end you still have some heavy opposing factors. I still need to finish it as a good guy though. Being evil just felt awesome, "Crimson Black Lighting".

I know 3 people on my friends list that have both and they said they enjoyed Infamous a lot more in the end.

I wish i had a PS3.
