It's that time of the year again - Steam Summer Sale

Damnit, I missed it. Had to work all day. Oh well, I ended up buying the entire Tomb Raider franchise for 17 bucks, Might and Magic Heroes, and RPG Maker yesterday night.

Well you could still get it for $40 or get the Franchise pack for $47. The flash sales are hard to keep a eye on. The timing is weird 10am, 6pm and 2am. the 10am and 2am I miss because of work or I'm sleeping.

So far, I got Fallout New Vega Ultimate Edition and the Trine Collection (both 1 and 2 complete story) for $4.99 each.

Here's what I bought for the sale so far. Dark Souls was for Sneakyone, Walking Dead for a friend, Psychonauts for asaforever, Civ 5 for Smashspite.

Just got New Vegas Ultimate Edition.

I got that yesterday as well. Also, Fallout 3 (regular & "Game of the Year" editions) is on sale for 75% off ($2.49/$4.99) as a daily deal like New Vegas till 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time Tuesday.

My wallet is crying atm... Today was a tough day

So I got everything (Fallout 3 GOTY & New Vegas Ultimate Edition) downloaded today when I went to my town's library that has free wi-fi because I have dial-up at home (yes, it still exists & I live in a rural area).

I also bought & downloaded Reus, not from Steam but the developers directly because they were also having a sale to match Steam's sale and I was having trouble getting Steam's payment option screen to load properly. Then I also got another small game called Lightfish. I played the demo a while back and thought it was pretty fun and thought "Ah, What the hell, it's just $2 right now. I might as well get it."

About Fallout 3, it seems people weren't kidding about it being buggy on anything newer than Vista. I use Windows 8. Even after patching the game, it still locked up on me several times. That's Bethesda for you. What does everyone consider the "essential" mods for Fallout 3 and New Vegas?

Well just out of the blue one of my friends got me Torchlight 2 for $5 today.

Just picked up Fallout 3 Goty edition for 5 bucks, put some mods in it and it looks amazing now.

If you're going to buy Civ 5 you must get the Gold Edition (because it includes all DLC except BNW). Otherwise the game's gonna haunt you with incompetency.

Picked up XCOM:EU + all the DLC for my laptop for about $12. Looking to get Recettear next, with the hope that it wins the community vote for tomorrow.
