Jap language pack on Win7 Pro question
0
I'm currently running a pirated version of Windows 7 Ultimate, which works all fine and dandy. But I've recently gotten the opportunity to get a legit copy of Win7 pro through my college and figured I might as well switch.
However from what I gather, only Ultimate and Enterprise editions of win7 offer the Japanese language pack. Which raises a concern for whether VNs which require jap locale will run.
Can anyone confirm that they can run visual novels which require Japanese local (and/or the use of AppLocale) on a 64bit Windows 7 pro machine.
Thanks

I'm running all VNs fine and dandy on Win 7 home premium so you will be fine too, just switch location to japan in control panel > time, lang, region > region and lang > admin. You won't even need NTLEA but you might need to download fonts which won't be problem either.
