Help a bro out. Serawi route, chapter 6. EVERY quest done, EVERY area explored. No event items to craft, nothing to talk to, nowhere to go. 9313 / 4500 evaluation needed, workshop completely upgraded.

I can't get the promotion to 7th rank. I've been told it's a test in the mines, but I'm not getting the quest for it. Or have the area unlocked to begin with. I've been leveling my characters and did a couple 100% explores hoping to trigger some event, but nothing happened. Wat do?

Yes, I crafted the 3 imp tails and dazzling balls. The altar for the fish creature is still in progress but apparently I can't finish it in this chapter. Last thing I did was marking the 10 mining sites. I hunted the trolls in the Yuichiri forest and built them the supplement. Water purifier blah blah blah. Absolutely nothing else to do.

I don't remember anything special at that stage. I'll load up an old save later today and see if you are missing something.

Yeah, apparently I had a quest open to make some fever medicine for some random plaza girl that once happened to talk to me, which was not listed under quests or listed as an event item in the crafting list. I progressed now.

I ended up dropping this on chapter 8 with 80 hours of gameplay. At first I was really impressed with it. The first 3 or 4 chapters were great but my interest progressively dwindled as I got farther into it. It does a good job creating the world and introducing its characters but the rest of the plot and even character interactions become kind of bland and perdictable as things go on. By the end of it the only characters I found slightly likable were the bartender and Uya. The gameplay itself is addicting but it gets old and becomes repetative and unchallenging since the game is as lengthy as it is. There is also a lot of material grinding optional quests that, just by existing, annoyed my ocd.

Another aspect leading to me dropping it was the timing of the ero scenes. Often they felt extremely abrupt and it made the characters unrealistic. There was no real relationship building and the scenes were basically since youre the protagonist off go my pants Will~ Eg: "Thanks for saving me from that rapist now lets have a threesome with my brother and just pretend the rest of the party magically is not present to watch us. Unlike human insest, it is natural for us because we are some weird elven tree race." Plenty of other examples as well but that one was particularly disagreeable. I wouldnt mind ero scenes like this if the game didnt treat its characters and world seriously but it does in Kamidori so the ero usually felt out of place. Just my thoughts on the game.

I realize it's an eroge but I can still be critical of how it handles things no? By unrealistic, I meant the characters themselves felt OOC and fake during the ero. Their reasons for having sex with Will almost always felt overly contrived and I noticed Will was never the character to actually pursue the relationship. The girls always just did a sudden 360 in terms of behaviour (except sharty) without any real sign of interest from Will and then ero scene. To make things worse, outside the ero they were mostly flat and 2dimensial. Since when are eroge made to have weak characters and badly timed, stuck on sex scenes that dont match with the previous relationship established and developed between the characters involved in the scene?

I realize some eroge have these things and I can enjoy a silly eroge as much as the next ero gamer but kamidora feels like it is meant to be well developed fantasy Srpg eroge and, as such, I can only view these things as negative to the game overall.

You need to have all of them wearing the armour for the scene to activate.

I need help! I'm currently playing Yuela's route. On the Alchemy Test Grounds there's a monster[Melkaveil] that can only be defeated with "the most trusted friend's unique skill". I know that I'm supposed to use Yuela here, but what skill do I use??

So for Jane's challenge, where you have to fight that Tengu boss that's level 90, is there any sort of trick to beating it other than mindlessly grinding out another 20 levels on Wil? He's currently 68 but I managed to beat that Amazon boss beforehand.

I wanted to use Zorn's axe on it but it has high Holy Res, and the worst part is; even though Baroque Axe is Omni, I can only deal 3 damage per attack to the Tengu, there's no way I'm gonna be able to dish out 280 in 15 turns at that rate.

Try using a weapon that is Phys damage. But yeah no special trick.

When or How do I unlock The Gauntlet battles in the Arena? I've already finished all the other Challenges.

If I'm not mistaken, chapter 9. Your characters must also be level 35 to unlock/participate.

You have to be in Chapter 9 and have won 20 arena matches. Also chars need to be a certain level at the start of chapter 9.

It only unlocks in chapter 9? it doesn't unlock when you finish the other challenges? all my characters are WAY past those levels.

Yeah Gauntlet only unlocks in chapter 9.

So I'm just missing 1 H replay and 3 sets of CG (I assume from the same scene) and I don't know what it is, know where I can get it? Nevermind I figured it out. I was missing the gothic threesome scene:

A lil help needed here. I seem can't get Yuela's God Slaying Armor and others' dresses. Do I forgot to download some patch or something? I already have Hannah's and other append patches. So, any help here? Advice or linkie helps

God Slayer Armor is NG+ and must have append data installed.
