Kingdom Heart Birth by sleep And 358/2 Days

lol, aside the whole can't take disney's voice seriously. the story for Birth By Sleep is quite interesting, since it's 10 years from KH 1.

Playing Ventus first now, after that going for Aqua and Terra last.

Birth by Sleep is my most wanted game of the year. I would have imported it already, but I want to understand what's happening while I'm playing it instead of having to refer to a translation guide every 20 seconds. :/

Already beat it and I must say I was pleased with the game. Aqua's gameplay lived up to it.

I'm most interested in playing Aqua's storyline. Not just because she's the first KH character with any real chest.

lol, I have to wait like3-4 months to get a cracked one. T_T

I must say that the new battle system is good, I always love customization and mixing. :D

Thank god they didn't decide to go with there original idea and use the COM battle system or I would have just raged about it. I'm with you in customization and mixing it's always a good thing for making the perfect warrior/mage (in Aqua's case). Plus she uses my favorite element, Ice.

Oh and release date for everyone.

the long gap of not playing any kingdom heart games has made me forgot on how unforgiving Proud mode is.

I got killed easily by one of those thunder pots in neverland... lol

Kaimax you should have made that into a video. I want to see how far you got before the pot killed you XD.

narrative description
-Ventus walks to a nearby Treasure Chests
-Enemies Spawn, there are 3 thunder Pots and others
-for a couple of minutes Ventus fights them
-All of a sudden all 3 thunder pots, use they're Thunder Charge
-ventus got hit continously and killed in less than 10 seconds.

the Leaf throwing plants is also somewhat annoying if they're in groups.

Birth By Sleep, just got it. I'll slowly play through this.

Started Proud mode. The description was : ''For experience player, secret video easier to unlock''

the secret video and easier made me chose that mode <.

yeah, you just need to collect all Xehanort report to get the True ending.

if you play it in normal, you actually have to COMPLETE all the journal.

Well I probably won't be getting the ending. So i already watched it on youtube. It's not a spoiler, it's basically everyone waitting for ''him'' and ''him'' deciding on finally save everyone.

I've been reading forums that the NA version difficulty was greatly increased compared to the Jap version. People who downloaded and finished the Jap verion who are now playing the NA version to understand story are saying the game got mass harder. And i died like 20 times on the first boss on Proud mode with Terra. Until I knew the boss partern and the best way to kill him.

I hate the block mechanics.

Yeah, just play it slowly and you'll get there.

the ending is not spoilish, since you know what happened to "You-know-who".
the real gem, lies in the process, for example like you said What happened to Aqua?,
what happen to Mickey, Venthus, Terra, Sora, Riku, Kairi, and all the characters that are involved.

CRITICAL mode is no joke

Beat the game, approximately 10 hours for each character. Damn, that took me a while. Would hit on Aqua any day of the year, 352/8..... Oh Namine > all still though.

Bought it and beat it in around a week, trying now Proud mode and it's no easy task, until I get the Cure ability (maybe); reserving Critical mode for Aqua.

I must admit that they mix both KH 1-2 and Chain of Memories battle systems together to make a new experience. Quite enjoying making new abilities.

I played the game first run through in critical mode xD i completed Aqua's and Terra's ending now doing ventus =p

KH BBS is awesome as hell xD

Really enjoying this so far, playing as Aqua first but slightly stuck on Hercules world. Seriously I fucking hate those battles you have to do within a certain time limit, it's arbitrary and fucking annoying.

Other than that great game.
