I am the only one who find the walkthough extremely confusing?Goddamit this it's so damn confusing..
how do I meet her infront of my house?
Seriously the written walktrough is so badly written. I have to restart a couple of times because of that.
I just followed the picture walkthrough since it's much easier to understand.

Meeting Kaori in front of your house is a little bit further ahead. After speaking with Kanna on the roof. without the student book.

The key is to use both walkthroughs at the same time. The written explains the most logical way to get all of the split off paths on the picture walkthrough with minimal backtracking.

Finally 100%, what a ride... I've played this in Japanese before, not knowing what's really going on. Now finally have a grasp of the story, sincerely thanks to the translation staff.

I finished Mitsuki/Eriko route, with just the picture walkthrough

@shoddysingh Did you use the AI5ENG_VOICE.EXE?
You can choose to play in color or monochrome. If you did not get that choice then you did something wrong.

Yes I have that option, but tried each and they both white out on me...the original japanese version works though.

Check if zBG.ARC and BG.ARC are in your yu-no folder (they are the image archives).
If yes and it's still not working, then make a screenshot of your folder.
If not, then you could try manually copying BG.ARC over from the Classics CD, then run the patch installer again and theoretically you should be having a zBG.ARC then.

You know you have a masterpiece when it pervades your thoughts daily. I have'nt yet finished the game, but im getting there. The walkthrough is extremely helpful. I am truly amazed at the dedication and work put into this translation by the group responsible. Kingshriek and the others, including the guy who did the music and sound effects editing, did a hell of a job. And bringing the dumbass/hilarious puns into english, ot wear the still hold water? Pure unadulterated genius.
This is one of the best visual novel / eroge adventure games I have ever had the pleasure of playing / reading. Truly, discovering this game has inspired in me a hunger to try all the classics that are available and commended.
Overall the game is a bit aged, to be expected from something that came out in 1996. However, the actual plot, and the work put into this from the translation team have made this entirely playable and enjoyable on a modern computer. If they happen to read this comment somehow, my hats off to them in respect.

the guy who made this was pretty awesome too, btwChaosbreak is pretty much saying you're giving too much credit on the translation team while "technically" not mentioning any gratitude to the developers, besides praising their creation. Just Sayin'

This game is impressive. I have just finished my first play through and have just started looking at the bonus features. Has anyone completed the "eririn's private lesson"? And if so do you have the answers for these logic puzzles?

no, no. I'm not negating any cred to the original creator. Just saying the Trans team did a great job converting. Speaking of the game though, does anybody on here know exactly which files in the game folder consist of game saves? i'd like to make a bu of my progress for completion purposes.

The save files are those FLAG__ files in your YUNO folder. Make sure the game isn't running anymore when you do anything with them (copy out or pasting in)

Excellent, thank you very much Amorim. Game took so damn long to complete for me, since my time is limited day to day with college and work. Really didnt want to leave behind my 100% (completionist ^_^)
