I used to use it on Poppy. Fun times were had~
I also tried it with Akali and a lot of other champions. I really really love cv. :3
True though, fits best on a support and it only gets better the more wards you have

Nice score Xel!
And Vayne is such an odd champ. Or I'm just used to mages than AD champs. >.>
Edit:
What should my build look like as Vayne? In order.

Doran's Blade(stack up to 3 if you're not doing too good or if you have problems last hitting), Bloodthirster(or IE whichever you prefer, though on Vayne I usually go Bloodthirster first), Berserker Greaves
That's the basic build for most ranged AD carries. After that I usually buy Phantom Dancer or Banshee's Veil for some survivability. Just remember that on carries AD>>>AS

Hmmmm... Because I did a build that went doran's -> doran's + boots -> b.f. sword -> greaves -> IE. I thought I should of ran BT first. But thanks for the input. Even though I'm AD "carry", should I be buying wards still?

Technically in a 5 man premade a carry should buy the least wards or none at all. That's the support's job. You should buy at least a few though if you're solo queueing. Don't overdo it. Have one max with you and buy it only when you return to base and have enough gold left over from shopping. You don't have to put it down right away, think about it a bit before you do it.

Ahhh, I see. Yeah, about early game almost mid game I buy wards, after that I just drop it. >.> Even the supports on my team don't even buy wards. So dumb.

i agree. the people that should be buying wards are. tanks, supports and jungle charters. and its usually good to start warding after 13 min into the game.

if you are loosing and being pushed ward the black circles.
if you are doing the pushing and it looks like its in your fave or ward the white circles

Also, it's always good to have your lane warded in early game, especially when you're solo top and they have a jungler. You don't really need to put it far. The end of the brush at the entrance of the river is good enough. You don't need it as one of your first items but you should definitely pick one up when you port back for the first time.

Rule of thumb:
When everyone goes b, buy at least one or two wards. Everyone. That's 75g or 150g. 375g or 750g in total. Having 5 people to spread out and move making placing wards easier, and having 10 wards out on the map equaling total map awareness. Fucking. Priceless. You WILL catch at least one of them off guard, you WILL get at least one kill. And it will also build teamwork. Just try it out in your next game.
