@Tsujoi: I'll have to disagree with you on that one, both characters have abilities that are more or less geared towards team support. There are champions that do a far better job of being an AP carry (Such as Lux) than Orianna, though, Orianna can make or break a team battle if built as a carry, she simply doesn't output as much damage as various other champions. In ranked battles, I've only ever seen Orianna as a support, same with Karma.

Karma is more of an all-rounder, Orianna is more geared towards damage output but still heavily sides with the support end of the spectrum, her passive just isn't all that great for a carry.

I feel you haven't played enough games. Orianna has no abilities geared towards team support. If you mean her shield, it's called survival, not support, unlike Taric's aura. Let me go more indepth with Orianna's passive now. Orianna's Ball basically gives her an insane harass range. In a solo mid 1v1 setting, she would usually outrange a whole lot of other people. All she needs to do is hit you with her ball a few times, and she can now decisively smack you around a bit with her passive if you try to get close. If you're beating her, she can call the ball back to shield her, which would also hit you, and if you've mistakenly gotten too close, she can slow you and smack you some. Basically, Orianna's passive is an immense laning tool for lasthits and lane control. It definitely loses focus late game, though.

As of now, I believe Orianna is ranked 90/100 difficulty, so don't blame Orianna, blame the player. She is also currently OP, and so is Brand, as they were the two mages that weren't nerfed in the last patch. In my ranked games, no one uses Orianna as a support, nor do they expect her to be.

Something I've been wondering about, how do you people build Teemo these days? I heard that they nerfed his ratio on his mushies.

Build teemo with on-hit stuff. Malady, wits end, madred, etc

One game win, One game loss last night. I kinda have to take the blame for feeding because I was up against another blitzcrank and Gankplank and we kinda got raped because of the jungling Warwick on the other team.

And the Lux fails at hyper beam's badly. She can't snipe because she doesn't know how to aim blindly.

3 lvl 30's on their team and 2 lvl 20's.

Troll game win? We went team midget and 3 people went speed 5 boots and 5 zeals in the beginning.
