idk. I'm just saying who is liking how it looks. I think it's pretty amazing and probably finally one of teh first REAL GOOD GAME that's exclusive to only the PS3. I personally don't like the PS3 but this game is something I want to try out.

Wasn't this delayed due to Muslim chants that were included in the background score? Some people got it, some people didn't. I'm lucky and i got the beta so i'm playing that for now. For those that got the game they'll be download some patch to take away the song.
Got a called telling me it was delayed today. But i knew about it 1 week ago. Should be out the 27ths

I have jury duty on the 27th :(
Funny thing is that a Muslim is the one who is singing the song.

There was a tiny article about Little Big Planet is this month's EGM, talking about how a lot of gamers are excited about the game but a lot of non-gamers don't think much of the game. Here are a couple of responses given by non-gamers when presented with the game:
"What? I don't get it."
"So . . . I have to make it myself? Why do I have to do that?"
"Can I just play the stuff other people make? It looks like a lot of work."
I'm gonna have to say that I'm on the side of the non-gamers. When I play games, I don't usually want to create my own stages and play them. I just want to play a game. I don't express my creativity or anything by playing games, and I've never wanted to do so. I like having a goal that I set out to accomplish. Of course, I'm not a big fan of The Sims and similar games. They're fun for a little while, but I get bored with them, thinking, "What's the point?"
That said, I've been a gamer for more than a decade. I may not be a "hardcore" gamer (whatever that really means), because I don't have any of the latest consoles, and I don't buy a new game every month, but I've spent many hours of my life playing video games, over the course of many years. So no one can say, "Only people who don't play games wouldn't appreciate the rich complexity of Little Big Planet," though that is essentially what the article in EGM does say. Here's the exact quote: "[Little Big Planet's] perhaps a little bit too complicated for "normal" folk."
Does anyone else think that the writer of that article's statement is just a bit too pompous and makes him come off a bit too much like an asshole?

You know that you don't have to create levels, right?
But it sucks that they're cracking down on copyrighted franchises...
